Hampton Inn Lebanon

We stayed for 2 nights at the Hamoton in Lebabnon Pa we were going to the hershey RV show. We got up the first morning and went to take a shower my wife let the water run for a long time hoping it would turn warm . After a while I called the front desk and told him we had had no hot water he said they knew about it and somone was working on it, I asked him when we could expect it back he said he had no Idea and didnt really seem to care. The hot water came back around noon but by then we had decided to leave for the show. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was no hot food ,we asked the lady in the kitchen and she said the stove was not working and it has been aproblem for a while. We will not be staying there again.

Checked into this Hotel and was never told there was a hot water problem. Tried to take a shower the following morning and discovered there was no hot water. The front desk said this was an ongoing problem and had no idea when it would be fixed and were very abrupt. Later that day the front desk handed me a paper to sign that said I knew about the hot water and would not seek compensation. I refused to sign and was never told at check in about this issue. The front desk was rude and uncaring. I was never allowed to see the manager because they always said he was busy. This hotel definitely does not deserve to be a Hilton Property. Beware

I wish I had read The reviews before booking this place.. Upon entering the room, we were met with the very unpleasant odor, After unpacking, we went to use the bathroom and noticed toilet paper in our toilet and wet splatter on the floor, indicating someone had urinated there before us. My husband took a towel and wet it and started wiping the floor down and our Towel turned black!! That’s how filthy the floor was. I kept the towel to show management.. But it only got worse from there. We only had one hot shower in all the time that we were there the rest of the time there was no hot water and other guests were complaining of the same thing…. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would’ve known that this is an ongoing issue with this hotel they refused to fix this hot water issue. This has been going on and on and on.. The manager said he can’t help us anymore than comping us a half a day! He said the owner doesn’t authorize more than that. I found him to be extremely unhelpful and also the front desk lies To cover up absence of hot water in this building. We were told everything it was fixed. Nobody’s ever complained about this before.. Our son also stay because we had a business meeting to attend and his room was also void of hot shower and stunk of mold so bad he left early! On the positive side, the breakfast was very good! I would definitely not recommend staying in this place not even for one night. To the owner of this establishment, don’t even bother to respond because your word is worthless. You don’t want to improve this facility. It’s obvious from all the reviews..

I have stayed here before and let them know there is a hot water issue. Last time and this time I asked if this issue has been shared and was told it has been …multiple times. I read previous reviews about no hot water. There is plenty of “warm ish” water for your shower but nope! It also makes me wonder if the towels and wash cloth that are used by MULTIPLE PEOPLE are being laundered in hot water?? Disgusting. The bedding & air conditioner filters smells like cheap Dollar store room freshener spray. I would prefer freshly laundered smell. Since they BOTH have the same scent it is not some sort of laundry boosting scent . The bathroom fan is so loud it needs to be taken apart and the dust cleaned out of it. Mine at home does the same thing when taxed by needing a clean. The desk chair has numerous stains and the arms are grey grime on the pink/red. Sadly this hotel is lacking in management. Good maintenance is a life line. Fix the hot water dirt and foremost, no excuses. The employees should not have to apologize over and over for a known fix that is being ignored. This was my last stay here even tho my account client is only 6 minutes away I won’t stay here agin. I will drive further for better accommodations.

Fresh property with friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Our room was very quiet and we did not hear a peep from anyone inside or outside. We had no problems during our stay and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Hershey is about a half hour away

Stayed the weekend at this hotel because my son was playing in a soccer tournament. Saturday morning I went to take a shower and the hot water was brown and cold. I went to the desk and told them and they seemed irritated that they had to call the maintenance guy to look at it. They said they would call with an update. Never got an update. Went to the tournament my son went to take a shower after playing and the water was clear but was cold. I again went to the desk and they told me nothing was wrong with the hot water system. I said well... heir is no hot water so something is wrong with your hot water system. They told me that they were sorry that we had no hot water and they would let the manager know I was unhappy and the manager would call me. Never called me. The only explanation that I got was maybe because a the boys came back at the same time it taxed their system. This was the whole weekend I got one shower that was a little warm. The other families that were staying there also were not getting hot water. I don't ask for much in a hotel other than a clean room and the ability to take a shower. I think for $200 a night that is not a lot to ask for. Do not stay here if you are expecting to be able to take a warm shower.

This Hampton Inn was especially nice. The bed was so comfortable - the bedding and pillows were wonderful. The room was clean and bright. I loved having a mirror over the desk so I could do my hair seated. There was a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was really good and the all-day coffee bar was a treat. It was so worth the value. We had just spent the previous three nights in hotels that were over $500 each night and, in all honesty, I liked this one and the one in Gallipolis m, Ohio l, the best. I slept so well at both locations.

Exceptional, beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. Facility is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast, Shawn made sure every guest had what they needed and enjoyed their breakfast. Plenty of food choices! Coffee, tea and lemon water available 24hrs day. I have to mention the shower, finally a shower well designed!! From the faucet to turn on shower at entering end of stall thereby no getting cold water on you when you turn on shower. A grab bar to assist when shaving your legs, a hook just outside door to hang towel on. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles hung in shower. plenty of towels! Nice area outside with tables, umbrellas and chair to relax. Several restaurants in walking distance, our favorite was Mick's The hotel is directly across the street from Expo Center, we were there as vendors for the Quilt Show, perfect location.

One night stay while in town visiting family. Facility is clean and nicely maintained. Staff friendly and helpful, though neither needed nor cared for housekeeping knocking on the door one hour prior to check out to see if we were still in the room. Breakfast was nice, and a cut above the other national chain we often use. Room design and layout practical, functional, and comfortable, though a bit more drawer space would have been helpful. We would stay again.
