Al check in siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e precisione nella spiegazione dei servizi offerti. La camera seppur piccola era ben pulita , confortevole e ben insonorizzata. Anche l’utilizzo del bar e stato di nostro gradimento con un the di ottima qualità. Bravi !

Hotel KLE Kaysersberg 2su5 Hotel nel centro del meraviglioso villaggio di Kaysersberg, in un edificio antico completamente ristrutturato in stile moderno all'interno. Manca una vera hall, all'ingresso c'è solo una panca per sedersi. La camera king executive è piccola, mancano scaffali per disfare la valigia, una sola sedia è insufficiente per sedersi in due, al posto di una mensola lunga due metri sulla parete sarebbe stato molto utile sistemare due poltroncine e un tavolino per sedersi e rilassarsi. Questa camera invita solo a sdraiarsi per dormire ed uscire appena svegli. La mattina rifanno solo il letto e non toccano tazze e bicchieri usati. Il bagno aperto non è certo comodo se si è in due ed uno vuole lavarsi mentre l'altro dorme. Di positivo ci sono la doccia e l'impianto elettrico. Il collegamento internet invece è lento. La saletta della colazione è bella. In tempo di covid qui si deve prenotare la sera prima da una lista sufficientemente varia, anche se mancano le torte. I ragazzi dello staff sono stati efficienti quando rotto un bicchiere in camera e dopo la colazione ho trovato la camera a posto. Ma quando ho chiesto il conto la sera, il receptionist avrebbe fatto meglio a rimandarmi subito al giorno dopo, invece di farmi aspettare 10 minuti senza riuscire a prepararlo.

Great all round experience Great location in the middle of the town Our room was lovely Very comfortable bed and great shower Breakfast was beyond our expectations with a really good selection of everything you’d want for a great start to the day Would have liked soy or oat milk as an option but they had almond milk which is ok Highly recommend

Five stars for location (30 second walk from the heart of beautiful village), four stars for room and breakfast, four stars for staff (very helpful and accommodating), three stars for shower (good water pressure but really space) and zero stars for internet access (absolute worse Wi-Fi access of all the hotels we stayed in during our three week trip). So, if consistent Wi-Fi is important to you when you travel, avoid this hotel at all costs. But, if not, enjoy your stay in this lovely centrally located little gem of a hotel.

The service is impeccable and sincere, and the historical property is just awesome. Room is more than comfortable, though the shower was smaller than usual. Very thoughtful coffee and tea supplies. Excellent value.

Kaysersberg is not a big village so not that many hotel options. Having said so, this is an excellent option. Small and cozy hotel with lots of personality. Rooms have everything you may need. Small bar/breakfast room. The staff have multiple hats, meaning that if someone is checking in you may need to wait for service in the bar. But they were all so nice so that is no big issue. Would come back for sure.

Stayed at the KLE whilst visiting Kaysersberg at the end of 2023. My room was very nice - with a bath rather then a shower, which was a bit different to what I'm used to but I adapted! Located a five minute walk from the large car parks but an otherwise good location in the town.

This is a lovely small hotel with well thought out rooms and friendly & helpful staff. We were here for just one night, passing through on a walking holiday, but the Kle team really made it memorable. I had mentioned our dietary needs in advance of traveling and they made a big effort to make sure we had plenty for breakfast. Thank you Team Kle.

Very nice hotel in an old but nicely restaurated building. Rooms are small (couldn’t do bigger due to the building), clean and pleasant. Large bed. Personell was really friendly and helpful. Top located for the small village of Kaysersberg.
