We are driving to Avignon and this hotel is away from the city center, free parking and good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

This hotel in Avignon offers a great location, with a short 10-minute drive to the city center. The availability of free parking is a convenient perk. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Although the rooms are located on the second floor, the hotel staff is helpful and assists with luggage. The highlight is the amazing breakfast served in the garden, where guests can enjoy fresh orange juice from an automatic machine. The hotel also features a spa with a pool, whirlpool, steam room, and sauna that are open until late, allowing guests to relax and unwind.

Le personnel est très souriant , a l'écoute enfin au top ! La chambre on si sens très bien comme dans un cocon , le lit est tellement bien fait que quand on est dedans on se sent comme un bébé qu'on emmaillote !

環境很好，老闆娘和員工的服務態度也很棒，因為歺廳是老闆自己掌廚，所以出品有保證，好贊👍

位於鄉村中央的五星級度假酒店，沒有張揚的外觀，但身在其中倍感温馨。 對於中國遊客而言，房間沒有配備牙刷等起居必需品有點不方便，但是可以去前台索取。

非常不錯的入住體驗

La gentilezza del personale è buona ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non è adeguato la colazione ad esempio costa troppo.La piscina è bella ma troppo piccolo per la quantità di clienti che ha l’albergo.Un problema è che l’albergo dovrebbe essere rinnovato più spesso perché ad esempio il tavolo da Ping pong è imbarcato.Ringrazio comunque l’hotel per la loro disponibilità

Piccolo hotel a circa 15 minuti di macchina da Avignone, situato in una zona che però di accattivante ha poco. La struttura però è gradevole, con le camere disposte intorno al bel giardino (il loro punto di forza) al piano terreno ed al primo piano. Siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto ed un upgrade di camera (fa parte degli "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" di cui siamo soci) dopo un lunghissimo viaggio per tornare in Italia, ed abbiamo passato una sola notte, non usufruendo di tutti servizi vista la veloce sosta. La nostra camera era molto grande e comoda, con bagno di ottime dimensioni, vasca e doccia separati, affacciata sul giardino e con patio davanti. La piscina è immersa nel verde ed il parcheggio è gratuito, nel cortile dell'hotel. Il personale al check in non è particolarmente empatico ma comunque gentile, bravo e cortesissimo invece l'addetto ai bagagli che, nell'accompagnarci in camera, ha fornito tutte le dovute informazioni sull'hotel, bravi si fa così. E’ un 5 stelle, direi più un ottimo 4 stelle, ma è opinione personale. Buffet della colazione servito in giardino, gradevole ma niente di particolare, c'era un pò di tutto ma niente di impressivo. Arrivando in auto si nota l’entrata secondaria di una parte dell’hotel, ci pareva fosse il ristorante, poco curata ma molto visibile, peccato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We had such a lovely stay last year we decided to return and were not disappointed! We spent two nights as part of a Secret Escapes deal. We stayed in room 35 which again is a park room on the ground floor with a pretty terrace overlooking the interior garden. This one seemed slightly more modern but perhaps slightly smaller than the one last year on the opposite side and the bathroom certainly looked recently refurbished. Still very nice and included a large king size bed. External and internal table and seating. Dressing table, fridge, tea coffee facilities and safe. Loads of storage and large bathroom with shower. Pool area was also very nice as well and opens early so you can swim before breakfast. Also heated. Great selection at breakfast which is a buffet where you can eat on the terrace as well. The staff were yet again superb. Special mention to Patrick the porter and Marie-Jo, Lily and Lois who were wonderful at breakfast. Just as good as we remember!

A really delightful hotel - an oasis in a slightly unlikely location. Rooms very comfortable, super bathrooms and the staff were charming, friendly and very attentive. The gardens are delightful and the spa a good feature. Great food and a great place to stay.

Location is just okay. Spa is good facility (steam, sauna, pool), but we didn't try any treatments. However, the overall service is terrible. My wife and I had to laugh at just how bad the service was in the hotel. We wanted a glass of wine and a charcuterie platter the evening of our stay. The outside patio is a great place to relax, but the service is absent. Firstly some of the tables had not been cleared (in 2 hours that we sat there they never got cleared). So we cleared a table and moved stuff to the other table. Eventually found a waiter who was hiding and looking at his phone and managed to order a bottle of wine and a cheese board (you have to order from room service). The waiter never proactively checked on us again in 2 hours! At one stage we walked to reception where 7 staff members were just hanging around chatting. We noticed several other guests seeming to also want a drink and to just hang out, but there is no welcoming service inside or out. I'd skip the hotel and rather choose one of the other options in Avignon.

We booked this hotel for 1 night on a road trip from Paris to Monaco. I could have spent a week here. The grounds are amazing. It reminded me of the resort hotels in Cuernavaca Mexico. The rooms surrounded a courtyard area that was full of trees, flowers, shrubs, outdoor tables for breakfast, and outdoor games. It was an extremely relaxing atmosphere. The room was great. Large room, king bed, furnishings fit for a king. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. Two sinks, large vanity. As a Hilton Platinum member we received free breakfast which included breakfast brought to the room. However, you had more options if you went to the restaurant for breakfast (i.e. extra charge with room service for eggs - free at the restaurant). The negative - the front desk really pushed the restaurant which is a Michelin restaurant. So, very expensive. Every time we asked about nearby restaurants we were told we should eat on site. Luckily we had a car and went to a local 'taco' shop. If you don't have a car, Uber Eats has several options. Also, it isn't in the best area. We were a little nervous driving in. But, once you arrive, you drive in through a walled property and it is very nice. They have a bellman who will help you with your luggage. Particularly helpful if you are on the second floor. All in all, this place was amazing. Especially if you are looking for a week of R&R.

My niece and I spent two nights at this lovely hotel.. We stayed in the main house in a large very comfortable room. The bathroom was very modern and the bed and room quite comfortable. The grounds are lovely and our facials at the spa were very good. However, the location in an industrial area about 15 minutes from Avignon is not that good. We felt a bit captive as we did not have a car. As a result we were only able to eat our evening meals in the high end restaurant at the hotel. And that is where we did not have a good experience. The food is expensive but very good. However, our service was not good. The first night it was just okay and our dinner with wine took a long time with slow uneven attention. But with no where to go, it was not a problem. On the second night we were made to feel very uncomfortable. We had been given a bottle of wine by our private guided tour company and we brought it to our dinner as it was our last night in France. The maitre d' acted as if we had committed a terrible sin. From that point on we were completely ignored. He did not give us menus --- we had to ask a server for them after 20 minutes. We had to ask for the amuse bouche that everyone else was getting and it continued on for the rest of a long dinner. The only staff member who was gracious was the sommlier who helped with our wine and brought us a cooler for the table. In looking around the dining room others were getting good service but they were couples or families with men in them. We don't know if the problem was that we brought our own wine, we were two women or that we were Americans but we were very disappointed as we had wanted our last dinner to be a nice occasion. When I mentioned our disappointment at check out they were very nice and apologetic but we still did not have a good experience with our meal. It is unfortunate as the hotel itself is quite nice if a bit "snobinard".

What a gem this place is. My husband and I are still gushing over how lovely it was. The pictures and description on the website are so glowing, I honestly braced myself to not be disappointed (as that has happened before). From the moment we walked in the lobby, til the moment we left, I felt like we were in paradise. Our room was beautiful, even lovelier in person. The private terrace was so peaceful, after we left, we somewhat regretted not staying a few extra days and doing nothing. The food is excellent too. I didn’t have time to try out the spa. Le Pontet is about 15 minutes drive by Uber to Avignon. We found this very easy. The hotel also has parking if you’d rather rent a car. I think it’s the perfect way to be close to the action and enjoy some quiet time. You won’t be disappointed.
