The Hotel is situated right on the corner of two noisy streets. Traffic all through the night. After the first night with little of sleep, we wanted to take a shower in the morning. But just before breakfast they turned off the water, cause there was a reparation to be done. They didn’t inform us before, so my wife stood in the shower and was pretty upset. There is a smell of mold in the shower by the way, probably because there is no window. The breakfast has quite a variety, but the Taste of a few things wasn’t that great (poor coffee, fruit salad too sweet) . Actually because of the problem with the shower, we didn’t have to pay for the breakfast. On the whole: there must be better places to go in Le Cateau, this we are sure of.

Stuck in le Cateau with no rooms left in the neighbourhood we settled for Hostellerie du Marche. Room with a too small bed and a smelly (though clean) bathroom. Breakfast was disordered (but OK). Evening meal was fine (you would not expect this ambition in a small restaurant).

Acueil et hôstellerie trés trés agréable ! Je recommande Laliterie est de grande qualité et certaineschambres donnent sur la cour intérieure qui a beaucoup de charmes.

Au top, bien mangé, bien dormi, personnel agréable, bien détendu, on termine ça a l estaminet du musée. Après être passés par les vergers telliers et la brasserie vivat ! Nous reviendrons avec les enfants pour Osmose et visite des catacombes !

De passage dans la région pour des raisons professionnelles, je me suis arrêtée à l’hostellerie du marché pour une deuxième fois et je n’ai encore une fois pas été déçue. La chambre est confortable et arrangée avec goût, le repas délicieux, frais et fait maison. L’accueil est on ne peut plus chaleureux. J’ai tout aimé et n’hésiterais pas à y revenir. Merci pour cette chouette étape

Pour une ou deux nuits maximum dans la région, cet hôtel peut satisfaire. Les chambres sont un peu vétustes, tout ne tient pas toujours bien en place et la salle de bain est vraiment réduite avec un minimum d'équipement.

Le personnel est très gentil, mention spécial au chef qui met tout son cœur dans sa cuisine. La chambre est agréable et l’hôtel bien placé. Le complexe sportif associé à l’hôtel est fascinant et a beaucoup plu à notre fille.

Accueil typique cht'i, avec gentillesse, professionnalisme. Le client est important, mais n'est pas qu'un client. Bien être en passant un moment agréable est le maître mot de cet établissement. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour dans les environs.

Nuit étape en famille. Accueil très chaleureux qui nous a donné également envie de profiter du restaurant pour diner. Grande chambre familiale à la décoration simple mais récente et propre. N'hésitez pas à vous y arrêtez si vous passez par là.
