Cose positive: camera ampia con spazi ben distribuiti, ampio parcheggio gratuito. Cose negative: personale inesistente e mal gestito sia in reception sia al ristorante. Colazione che non vale il prezzo di 18€ per la scarsa qualità e scelta, la colazione è fino alle 10 ma dalle 9.30 iniziano a sparecchiare. La spa non è una spa. Un idromassaggio non perfettamente funzionante, un bagno turco e due piscinette in cui non si capisce se sia acqua termale o normale non si possono chiamare spa. Accappatoio a pagamento 2,50€. Nel bagno non sono presenti gadget, solo asciugacapelli e sapone. Per essere un hotel che abbina il suo nome alla Nuxe ci aspettavamo un trattamento diverso. La Nuxe è quasi assente nella spa e nell’hotel a meno che non si facciano i costosi trattamenti. Ristorante molto caro, cibo pretenzioso come presentazione ma molto lontano come sapore dalle aspettative dello chef, personale frettoloso e distratto che non “vede” il cliente. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere l’acqua 5 volte prima che ce la portassero. Non vale il prezzo.

Sto scrivendo questa recensione nel buio su una tavola picnic perché c'è solo una luce nella stanza e c'è una luce pendulo nell'angolo vicino al letto. Penso che vogliono salvare l'elettricità. Il resto della stanza è buio. Vorrei davvero uscire da qui e trovare un hotel migliore. Se potessi andarmene in questo momento, lo farei. Questo hotel è ok, ma non se siete in affari e sono bloccato qui tutta la settimana. Per quanto riguarda il costo, non c'è un desk, nessun frigorifero, nessuna microonde, nessun ghiaccio, nessuna lavanderia, nessun servizio di navetta e molto poco luce nella stanza. Tuttavia, la AC è buona, il wifi è buono, il letto è comodo e qui è molto tranquillo. Il buffet è bello e il personale è stato amichevole.La mia camera è venuta con un letto extra e un bel balcone privato. Poiché non c'era nessuna scrivania nella stanza, ho rimosso il tavolo da picnic dal balcone e l'ho portato nella stanza e ora serve come la mia stazione di lavoro, ma ho bisogno di più luce qui. Uno solo pendulo non lo fa! Una bottiglia d'acqua sul desk front è 4.50 Euros. Il desk front offerte snacks a prezzi insulti. $10.00 Euro per una tazza di pizza e $5.00 Euro per un cane caldo. Questo è il tipo di hotel che ti dimetterà a morte. Non vi danno nulla e vi pretendono di tutto. Anche se non ho alcun interesse in questo, lo chiamano un spa, ma le strutture qui sembrano avere visto giorni migliori e sono indossate e spese. Non c'è davvero niente all'interno di passeggiata. È lontano e le uniche cose vicine sono un negozio di prodotti alimentari e un negozio di pizza. Se vuoi un hotel più amichevole di questo è il posto per te. Se sei in viaggio d'affari, vai da qualche altra parte. Questo hotel è così sbagliato per me, vorrei essere stato prenotato altrove. Non tornerò mai più qui, eviterò tutti gli hotel Ibis come la peste per tutte le mie future viaggi d'affari.
