Un personnel à l'écoute et réactif, un service de sécurité performant, dont un filtrage des entrées de véhicules dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, à toute heure du jour et de la nuit par un gardien dans une cabine à la barrière et des rondes dans le parking. J'avais froid dans la chambre et l'hôte d'accueil n'a pas hésité à me donner un chauffage d'appoint.

Was a bit worried about the reviews after we booked- we booked through the Amex website. We are currently here now, have been for 4 days. So glad I didn’t change our booking! Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, there isn’t much near by, but we have used Uber eats to order food, if we have got home before dinner time. We have used the hotel as a base- we have visited the Eiffel Tower, palace of Versailles and Disney Land- used a taxi for all of them- using bolt it has worked out better value than public transport for the 4 of us. There is a bus stop at the end of the road. The hotel is in the ‘middle’ of an industrial estate- but the windows are doubled, so can not hear the main roads near by! Highly recommend as a base to visit all over Paris!

Il servizio della notte è grande! Il personale è molto professionale! E il cibo è così DELICIOUS! In generale, tutto il personale è sorprendente e professionale, si sente come un hotel 4 stelle! Il servizio du dîner è super! Petit coup de cœur pour Dzena et pour la directrice de l’établissement qui nous ont offert un service très professionnels! Le menu de la soirée est très bon! Un cadeau! Delicious! Bravo au chef !

Stayed at the hotel for the possession event at the Bourget. Excellent stay, lovely staff and good facilities. The room was equipped with a kitchen (coffee machine) which was very useful. This hotel is next to the airport and the area is full of markets and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here and will probably come back next time. Also they make their own honey which is delicious :) Parking available.
