Lorraine Hôtel Nancy Ouest - Laxou

Warm welcome, the lady at the reception even remebered we were there once before. The hotel was like the time before, very comfortable and pleasant to stay.

We overnighted here enroute from Switzerland to the UK. On arrival met by wonderful bubbly reception staff who were very efficient and friendly. The hotel has a youngish funky vibe and was exactly what we needed to chill and relax. Everything was excellent. The room was great with amazing large and comfortable bed, modern and very clean bathroom. The bar area was great to relax for a drink. Evening meal was in a restaurant next door which was charming and again a little funky re decor. Had very nice good quality food and drink at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent in the hotel. We wished we could have stayed another night to explore the area and enjoy another night. We hope to return later this year.

We like the Style of the Hotel Very friendly and helpful employees. For example, while we were looking for a parking Spot, the receptionist came out of the Hotel to our car and told us where to find one. Haven‘t experienced that any other Hotel.

all very positive, the staff very kind, the room very quiet, very convenient parking area, and we even had two welcome drinks on our arrival. a negative note I would give to the restaurant, we ordered chicken and it was completely uncooked, to our disappointment for this they took back the dishes and after ten minutes they brought us back our plate almost in the same condition (needless to say we did not eat the chicken that we paid anyway) too bad because the atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff in the dining room very kind.

A hotel with friendly staff, good facilities and a nice resto next door. For us it is perfect for an easy stopover for a night or two We will come back again. Our dog was allowed to join us for breakfast, which is very important for us. Breakfast was fine. If I might make a wish: scrambled eggs wozuld be fine..

Nice stay in a dogfriendly hotel with very friendly staff. Welcome drink offert when arriving. Big room with comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Very easy to reach, near autoroute. Two restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. We will come back.

Chose this hotel for price and location and am very glad that I did. Everything was excellent, design, cleanliness, staff, layout, decor, food, all top quality. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. All of the staff were really friendly. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.
