reccommended bgt, bakal ke sini lg kl ke solo. bersih, nyaman, akses dekat dengan kota

Nice hotel. Check in is smooth. Accommodative staff. Toilet hv pipe. But the towels cleanliness can be improved because looks like “very used”. The hotel should change it. Don’t hv time to explore hotel surroundings because arrive late and also check out early the next day. Maybe next time..

Waktu liat di review nya, banyak yg komen bagus & stlah kita coba emang okee sihh.. hotelnya sih nggak yang luas banget, tapi cozy 😄 pas check in, kita disediain free welcome drink & snack, kemaren dapetnya bir jawa ( taste good, love it!!). Trus kamarnya jg oke, ada balkon & jendela yg bs dibuka buat sirkulasi udara. Pas breakfast, makanannya enak2. 2 hari kami disana food stall nya ganti2, kyk sushi station, tepanyaki, ledre, ice cream.. paling favorit buat aku sih tengklengnya yaa, sama wedangannya, mantull 👍👍👍 trus smpet ada playstation corner, sensory toys buat anak2, jdi lengkap lah.. next klo ke Solo, bakal nyoba ke Canting Londo lahh ( katanya driver kami sih, Mas Gibran sering makan disana hahaha) kemaren cm smpet nyoba kombucha nya aja, enakk 😁thanks Solia Zigna!!

Sambutan satpam ok,kekasir untuk check in ramah, kekamar pakai lift ke lantai 2 ada insiden kecil,lift tiba2 nutup sendiri pas istri mau masuk,untuk tangannya ga kejepit,biasanya khan lift ga mau nutup kalo masih ada orang,tp it's ok. kamar deluxe dapat tempat tdr king, ada meja kerja,kursi santai ,ada kulkas,penyimpnan barang,almari besar,kamar mandi ada bathub,air panas ada.tlpn resepsionis cepat ditanggapi, ada spa, kolam renang gratis,ruang gym gratis,sauna gratis,dan yg paling ditunggu makanan di restoran banyakkkkk pilihan,enak2 lagi layaknya hotel bintang 4.klo kesolo kayaknya masih pilih sunan jd tempat istirahat deh.terima kasih Sunan sudah menemani liburanku,smoga pelayanan dijaga dan ditingkatkan lagi.sukses selalu.

I recently stayed at the Alila Solo Hotel and my overall experience was just OK. The facilities were decent, and the rooms were comfortable enough. However, my visit was marred by bad parking experiences. The parking area was crowded and poorly organized, leading to a less-than-pleasant experience when the hotel’s ballrooms were hosting events during my stay. While not a terrible stay, improvements in parking management would certainly enhance the guest experience.
