Hotel a 3 stelle a Laval

Grande check-in - veloce, professionale e amichevole. Pulizia, abbastanza grande, e tranquilla camera, dotata di una cassaforte più grande di quella usuale (può gestire un portatile portatile 16”), frigorifero a barre e desk per il lavoro. Ben situato se hai una macchina; altrimenti, non molto vicino. Non si può fare passeggiata fino alla strada principale (solo 1 minuto a piedi).A circa 1 km (1.4 km) dal Metro (metro) - se si sta bene, si può prendere il bus # 360 gratuito dal Metro Montmorency, un autobus 5-minute all'angolo vicino all'hotel. Il colazione continentale comprendeva diversi pani, uova e cereali.Tutto era mangiabile :)

In piedi per una notte in viaggio, buon servizio di contri, camera era pulita, un po' obsoleti, letto era comodo, check out era un sabato, quindi il normale ristorante del colazione che viene con la stanza, era chiuso, Il suo unico ristorante aperto Mon-Fri... hanno un ristorante per i fine settimana, ma ci avrebbe solo diritto a un colazione continentale gratuito. Anche se mio marito è un membro dell'IGG e ha prenotato la stanza con l'app e il suo ID govt...Abbiamo deciso di mangiare altrove...Non sarei tornato qui solo per questo motivo..

Hotel , corretto ma troppo costoso per quello che è.il letto era confortevole ma manca di coperture.un grande più per le bagni con grande doccia e aria condizionata molto rumorosa.

Booked a ”superior, 2 queens” at Hotel O'Laval, prepaid on *******. Ended up in a Motel Newstar room next door. Seems like they do this a lot judging by reviews so unless you are booking the fancy LED light rooms, don't expect to be in an actual hotel building. When we pulled up they had lost our reservation (and the one of the couple in front of us but they were resolved quickly) and eventually claimed ******* never sent them it. At first, we were promised a 15% refund (we prepaid)- but once he called his offsite manager, who called ******* and 30/45 minutes later had our reservation- that refund was suddenly not possible (great, thanks). We were told that the room we booked was the motel room we were given, so I don't think it was the messed up reservation that caused the swap ( I would have almost understood if they were sold out of ”our” room and the only thing they had was a motel one, but that was apparently not the case). We drove 4 hours for a concert and arrived at the hotel (sorry, motel) early hoping to relax but the nice hour+ long check in hassle really put a damper on everything. Two good things: 1. the guy at the reception was nice and spoke perfect english 2. the beds were comfy memory foam Bad: 1. all the above issues 2. no curtain or door on shower so water sprays all over the floor (every wondered what it was like to shower in bathroom where the contractor said ”ahh, good enough” and left early- here's your chance!) 3. the front door had a window beside it that had crappy slats covering it- not super comforting when changing nearby or the fact that the one bed faced it so in the morning it was very bright Anyway, don't trust a thing they say is the summary of this and check other reviews on top of the ones that show on ******* etc. The overall rating shown is very skewed because of the couple good rooms that are obviously nice and get highly rated. We were also initially thinking of renting an electric car and this was one of the places that had said it had a charging spot- but it was a faded marked spot with the charger in a garbage bag, so good thing we didn't (granted it looks like they took that off their listing now).

L’hotel è buono e il servizio è fantastico. Molto bene situato e il parcheggio è gratuito ciò che è raro di oggi. L'unica cosa da dire, il televisore lascia credere che permette di proiettare la nostra emissione via un cromacast che non è presente perché la funzione che si può collegare il cellulare non funziona. Come lavoratore di computer, ho provato tutti, ma quando il trasferimento tra il sistema di divertimento del televisore alla funzione che permette di Caster cade nel nulla, perché l’attrezzatura che prende il relè non è qui. L’appareil de divertissement tente de changer de port HDMI ayant vérifier l’appareil caché en arrière, celui-ci n’a aucun adaptateur sur les ports prévu à cette fin. Ce n’est pas un drama mais les enfants auraient apprécié pouvoir diffuser leurs vidéos. Ma a parte questo, tutto era perfetto.

Ottimo hotel, solo perché il personale non lo conosce, ho pagato un sacco di soldi senza dare alcuna spiegazione. Mi ha fatto chiamare più volte per chiedere informazioni, e non so cosa sta succedendo, quando posso riavere i miei soldi?
