Personale super genuino, amichevole e interessato al nostro soggiorno essere il migliore. Delizioso cibo al ristorante a prezzi ragionevoli, servizio fantastico. Piscina principale grande e ben progettato con sede e ombra. Kayaks disponibili. Ogni notte, al momento dell'atterraggio, si trova in una posizione molto storica.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

Aprés plusieurs voyages aux fidji, nous avons enfin trouvé notre nouvel eldorado: le waitui beach club du sofitel denaru!!! C'est le top du top dans cette catégorie de resorts. Tout le personnel est fantastique. Du responsable des réservation de l'hotel jusqu'au jardinier, tous prennent a coeur leur métier pour vous rendre la vie merveilleuse pendant votre séjour. Je ne peux pas citer tout le monde, il n'y aurait pas assez de place dans mon commentaire.. Ils sont trop fort ici... Par exemple,commance par le matin avec du champagne a volonté au breakfast, minibar gratuit chaque jour avec une bouteille de champagne si vous le souhaitez, suivi en soirée d'un cocktail de 5 a 6 pm... J'ai calé au bout de 3 jours...sofitel 1 / hervé 0... Sans parler du personnel aux petits soins toute la journée a vos cotés lorsque vous decidez de passer la journée au bord de la magnifique piscine. Je ne voudrais pas dénigrer les autres resort de denaru, mais si vous avez un choix a faire, prenez le sofitel (si pas d'enfant le waitui beach club) Pour info on y revient dans un an en gros et nous sommes maintenant membre accor plus (un genre de passeport gourmand mondial qui vous donne 50% dans tous les restaurants du groupe accor)

We had the good fortune to stay at this delightful Fijian owned resort on Bekana island for 16 nights in Feb.2023. Because it was the low season, it was very quiet so we received undivided attention and were treated like royalty. We didn’t mind the warm rain as it beat the Canadian winter. On rainy days we relaxed in the reception area perused the internet, played cards, learned how to play pool and showed the staff how to play table tennis. Because it was warm we could still kayak,go snorkelling and use the pool. The pool was small but big enough to aquasize. We stayed in a clean ocean front bure and were thankful for the AC. The groundskeeper worked so hard to keep our beach clean of debris that was frequently washed up from Lautoka. The resort was frequented by day trippers but they posed no problem to us who were staying long term. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable and even prepared a beautiful Birthday cake for my husband and surprised him with a special Birthday celebration. It was very touching. Thank you Joey! Va was always available to help us with excursions and was very professional. She arranged transport for us using a reliable taxi service. Our driver Krish was so polite and a wealth of knowledge. We felt so safe in his car as he was a courteous and careful driver having been a driving instructor for 38 years. Louisa took us to her church in the mountains so we could listen to the beautiful choir one Sunday. Such a unique experience most tourists don’t get to enjoy. Kartika prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us with an Indian flare. We appreciated that as we are not used to just having sweet cakes for breakfast which seems to be the norm in Fiji. The fish and chips were a favourite for us and the stir fry’s. The pizza was very large but would prefer that ketchup be kept off it. The drinks the bartender made looked delicious but we only had the buckets of beer.Somedays we went across the water on the skiff for dinner elsewhere but always felt bad for leaving our “ home” on Bekana island. The skiff was available most times but if you came back later at night it wasn’t always easy to contact the island for a ride back. Not fun if the mosquitoes were hungry as we waited on the pier. The grounds around the resort were lovely and in the morning we were sometimes visited by a few chickens or goats who were curious and a resident cat. At night the frogs went a hopping! One day we had the opportunity to go to one of the outer islands for half a day. We picnicked,explored the island and snorkelled. It was a wonderful day with great weather and clear water. When it came time to leave, all the day staff were there to sing us a farewell song. We all felt very emotional as we felt we were leaving family. We were so fortunate to be off the beaten track and experience what the real Fiji is all about. We wish the resort good luck on the new addition of their water park ( largest in Fji) Vinaka, Belo Vula!

Correte a basso hotel e molto povero servizio. Anche se la stanza era pulita, il servizio e le strutture erano molto poveri. Le immagini sul sito web devono essere da anni, perché ora il posto è molto scarso. Al meglio, questo è ora un motel a una stella. Non c'è ascensore, quindi se le scale sono un problema non si può trovare una stanza sul piano superiore, non c'è WiFi, non c'è trasporto aereo gratuito. Quando siamo arrivati al controllo remoto abbiamo ricevuto per il condizionatore non ha funzionato, dopo due richieste (e più di un'ora) questo è stato fissato. Quando il servizio in camera ha tolto le nostre tovaglie sporche, hanno consigliato di tornare con quelle fresche, dopo due ore di attesa, sono andato alla ricezione e li ho trovati. C'era solo un piatto vicino al letto matrimoniale. L'orologio del letto non funzionava. La camera da bagno era molto corsa, la porta della doccia non si chiudeva. L'intera stanza ha bisogno di ridipingere. C'era un ristorante, ma quando ci siamo chiusi (al 6PM) ci è stato detto che aveva già chiuso. (Nel nostro soggiorno di tre notti ho visto due persone mangiare laggiù una volta per colazione). Il bar sul lato della piscina sembrava non essere stato usato per anni. Il bagno sul lato della piscina era rotto. Questa è la nostra terza visita a Nadi, e questo hotel si prefigge di pagare il prezzo al fondo, dietro la Nalagi e il Mercure (sia sulla stessa strada che a basso costo).

Usaia è il miglior dipendente qui. Il suo incredibile servizio ha reso la mia luna di miele perfetta e fantastica. Mi ha consigliato e insegnato molte informazioni qui a Sheraton e Figi. In realtà, eravamo solo una coppia asiatica, quindi tutto era troppo nuovo per noi, ma parlando con Usaia, ci ha fatto sentire rilassati e meglio. Io consiglio molto Sheraton per l'Usaia e il suo servizio. Grazie, Usaia. Non dimenticherò mai di te e la tua gentilezza Usaiah è il miglior staff che abbia fatto per la luna di miele e che abbia spiegato tutto con così gentilezza. Infatti, Figi era la mia prima volta, quindi ero un po' nervoso e poco familiare, ma grazie al servizio di Usaia, ero molto nervoso e la Sheraton era così piacevole. La nostra luna di miele è diventata davvero felice. Sheraton e questo personale sono raccomandati.

L'hotel è molto vecchio, le strutture sono invecchiate, la manutenzione è generalmente invecchiata, il cavo è diventato invecchiato, quindi sembra molto sporco (come mostrato nella figura).La colazione è semplice e non può essere più semplice.Il personale di servizio è buono. Wi-Fi deve pagare, una password ogni volta che paga, ma la tua scheda può fornire un cellulare o iPad online, cioè se hai due cellulari, se hai bisogno di pagare due volte per entrare online, questo è più meraviglioso e non molto comune.

In generale, un'esperienza scarsa. La maggior parte del personale è gentile e amichevole e ha lo spirito bula, ma il nostro soggiorno è stato inciso da alcuni disgustosi membri del personale del principale ristorante vicino alla piscina, che alcuni del personale non vogliono aiutare a fornire sedie per bambini e solo dimenticare il le richieste dopotutto. Il personale del ristorante sembra semplicemente molto infelice o stanco per alcune ragioni. Ci siamo incontrati alcuni volti molto amichevoli e deliziosi personale, ma è stato sfortunato che il servizio clienti del ristorante è costantemente orribile. Il personale del front desk mostra non mostra lo stesso livello di ospite come per altri hotel che soggiorniamo a Figi. Camera: È mostrando che è vecchio ma la vista è fantastica e la camera è ben attrezzata e spaziosa, è ben adatta per la famiglia con un piano da cucinare. Abbiamo informato il personale che due delle luci del passaggio non funzionano il giorno uno. Tuttavia, niente è fissato fino a che non si esce. Food: Proviamo colazione e cena a buffet al ristorante principale e prendiamo anche via dal ristorante Buddha rosso. La colazione è piuttosto standard e media considerando che Hilton, restiamo in molti hotel Hilton prima, il cibo è una delle peggiori esperienze che abbiamo avuto, in particolare il buffet, le scelte sono molto limitate, è piuttosto solo un angolo di cibo , - È un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un'idea che non è un Con un prezzo simile è difficile raccomandare questo hotel alla famiglia, soprattutto con i bambini, il personale sembra avere troppo problemi per gestire la domanda dei bambini giovani e non si è alzato fino al grande marchio Hilton, che è un po' vergognoso. Le camere hanno una bella vista, i cibi non sono grandi. L'unico posto luminoso sarebbe la spaziosa camera d'albergo.

Let’s start with that this was a last minute booking as there was no other 7 point or above guest rated accommodation available in Nadi and this is in comparison to many other hotel/resorts that I have stayed-in in the past. Location - It is literally in the middle of no where by Fiji standards. In the middle of Nadi and Lautoka town so take a pick on which direction you want to travel about 25min by car. Hard to find taxi’s as there isn’t a dedicated taxi stand. You will have to call one in for yourself. Resort - Don’t expect a typical big Hotel/Resort style reception. The reception area is a small office at the back of a home opposite the restaurant, like a home office. Room - Room was decent size, clean at a quick glance but not clean enough if want to be critical for the amount you pay for the room. Dusty bits in corners, some places in the shower and toilet area had black spots (didn’t want to find out what it was) especially on the walls, shower track was dirty and tiled floors and walls just needs a good clean. The room was adjoining style with a door separating the two rooms and that was just not enough to keep the conversation next door out of my room. Can’t say the walls were thin as it’s all concrete. The King size bed was of a better quality. I found it weird that it had a flat sheet on top and the doona was initially just thrown in the cupboard. Usually it is fitted with the flat sheet. We used the doona the first day and then there after it was neatly folded away in the cupboard. Didn’t want to find out if the doona covers were changed or not. If you are looking for a place with sandy beach and to swim in the ocean then this may not be it. There is a small beach area (if you can call it that) between mangrove and rocks. You will get a tan but that’s about it. The deal came with breakfast but 1 day of breaky was enough. The selection was minimal and very basic and honestly not worth getting up for. It’s a different case if you don’t have wheels to explore other places. Wifi is not reliable at all and is as slow as it can be. Basic functions are ok in but wanting to stream movies, then forget it. And you will be lucky to get a ok connection in parts of the room. I just believe that tourism in Fiji has just boomed and due to high turnover, there is not enough time to get a thorough clean and maintain in the turn time. This may not be true for main stream or bigger hotel chains where more staff are employed a standard is to be maintained but certainly for the smaller hotel/resorts, it certainly seems to be the case. My verdict - Would I book again if I had a choice, then NO. Would I book again if I had to, then yes as it’s decent but still not worth the prices I have seen online for the establishment. Kudos to staff for going out of their way to make things happen to the best of their ability.
