Good experience for all of us we have been going to Laughlin for 25 years and wouldn’t miss it for the anything

I do wish they would put fridges in the rooms. I also live the fact that Capriotti’s is located at this hotel.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The water was hot right when you turned on the shower. Liked PinkBox Donuts in ******. Did not like several ants on the window sill and heater/air conditioner unit. Bathroom sink was not cleaned and shower door had old crud on it. Room was not vacuumed.

Clean and quiet room with comfable bed. Staff helpful and professional. The pool and Jacuzzi were fun in the evening with the other guests. A few women had been drinking so it was a fun evening and night. Plenty of parking for motorhomes, truck and trailers, and of course boats and water craft. Have to use boat ramp by Riverside ****** for launch or AZ side .

Good priced hotel on the ***** of Laughlin. Rooms are a bit old but perfect for a short one night stopover.

Ok stay but the WiFi never kicked in and because I am from the UK I was not going to phone and sort it because it would cost more than it was going to be used.

My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are nice the view out of are wi dow was perfect. We went on a water taxi ride that was so much fun. Went to the pink box donuts that was so good. We will definitely go back soon.

The Denny's menu is severely limited to drive business to the over priced steakhouse. The ATM has a $14.95 transaction fee, which startled me. $14.95 on Twenty bucks!!! Didn't experience the table games or slots, but I did experience the joy of an additional "Resort Fee" each night when I checked out. They mentioned it with a deposit for charges to the room and I didn't really catch it. Why not just charge and honest room price? Which is why I didn't play in the ******. How badly do these people want my money that they take it before I can bet it?

Hotell needs improvements

Went there on a weekend getaway and my wife and I enjoyed it. Although our room was a smoking room it wasn’t that bad. The room was clean for the most part but the water pressure was a little low. If you plan on visiting the other ******* I recommend getting the all day pass on the water taxi, $5 a trip can add up pretty quick so $25 for a day pass isn’t that bad plus you’re allowed to carry your drink onboard. Pool isn’t that big but being allowed to have your drinks pool side (no glass bottles) was a plus for us. We visited the other ******* and Edgewater was by far the cleanest ****** (in our opinion from our experience). Everyone seemed friendly, from the staff to other guest. My wife and I had a great time at the bar we even made a few friends. We’re re already planning our next trip to Laughlin and we are definitely staying here again.

It was a great experience

We stayed on the 6th floor at the Santa Fe Tower. Room is clean and service is prompt when extra towels were requested and roller sanitation required. Internet connection is very slow and intermittent. Free open air and covered self parking on site.

Good price for the room. Hallways were a little hot but ac in too. Worked good. Descent food options dunkn doughnuts opens early river view was nice
