Hotel in zona Wald-Parkplatz, Lauenau

Bella struttura, a un passo dal centro storico, impeccabile sotto qualunque profilo. Le tre stelle sono assolutamente insufficienti a descrivere la qualità offerta, dalle stanze (da raccomandare se disponibile quella con l'estensione del salottino nella torretta - un tocco particolare davvero grazioso) alla colazione, dalla pulizia estrema alla cura di ogni dettaglio, a cui si aggiunge una squisita cortesia e disponibilità del personale, che non esita a soddisfare le esigenze anche superflue dei Clienti, da un caffè fuori orario alla prenotazione del ristorante... Bravi, anzi bravissimi: super-raccomandato. Beautiful structure, a step away from the historic center, flawless under any profile. The three stars are absolutely insufficient to describe the quality offered, from the rooms (to be recommended, if available, the one with the extension of the sitting room in the turret - a really nice special touch) to the breakfast, from the extreme cleanliness to the attention to every detail, to which you add an exquisite courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, who do not hesitate to satisfy even the minor needs of the customers, from an after-hours coffee to the restaurant reservation ... Bravo, indeed very good: super-recommended.

A causa dell'EMO abbiamo potuto entrare in Mercure. L'hotel è un po' lontano dal bordo della città, vicino a un quartiere industriale, ma in verde. La ricezione era cordiale, l'ingresso durò solo pochi minuti. Con tutte le informazioni necessarie, ho potuto ottenere la stanza enorme. Era estremamente generosa con molto spazio. Anche il bagno con bagno angolare e doccia grande convinceva. Solo il bagno era un po' stretto. Tutto era molto pulito e tutto era disponibile per il viaggiatore d'affari. Poiché è al bordo della città, era anche molto tranquillo. Solo i ventilatori nelle cellule umide si sono disturbati, perché queste sono passate molto tempo. Il buffet per colazione offre una varietà di scelte. La qualità dell'offerta è ok. Solo la dimensione della stanza per il buffet è un po' piccola, a volte non si passa quasi dagli altri ospiti. Su richiesta, vengono portati anche diversi caffè. Il personale è molto amichevole, posizionato e pronto ad aiutare. Il prezzo è assolutamente corretto. Per noi l'unica direzione dalla fiera all'hotel era un po' lontano. Altrimenti non ci impedisce di tornare.

Estuve 3 noches en este hotel y fue suficiente . Entre ls cosas buenas , quiero destacar la ubicación , frente a un parque grande y muy lindo , cerca de una estación de UBahn y si se prefiere caminar no muy distante del centro . El desayuno y el servicio del personal en el desayuno es muy bueno , se nota preocupación por el servicio , detalles como por ejemplo flores en las mesas . El salon del desayuno es muy bonito, muy agradable desayunar allí. Lo que no me gustó de este hotel : Llegué un domingo como a las 5 de la tarde , despues de haber viajado desde la mañana , quería comer algo y no tenian servicio de restaurant ni servicio a la habitación ,nunca me habia pasado en un hotel que no hubiera servicio a la habitación . Tuve que salir a comer fuera a pesar de lo cansada que venía . La habitación no me gustó , oscura de día y de noche ( mala iluminación , en las fotos no se nota lo obscuro) y con un olor no muy agradable. Da la impresión que no hacen bien el aseo, no se percibe una habitacion muy limpia. El resto bien , no fui al restaurant, así que no puedo opinar, creo que no siquiera fui a beber el welcome drink.

Buonasera, hotel funzionale. Nessun shampoo o nessuno di questi nella camera da letto (prendetevi il vostro). Il colazione era inferiore alle aspettative, ma prezioso. La prima mattina abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione alle nove, che era ovviamente troppo tardi, perché non c'erano più verdure. Anche molte altre cose sono andate via. La seconda mattina abbiamo avuto il colazione alle 7.45, ma non è andato molto meglio. Avrei aspettato un succo d'arancia (non tutte le mattine), uova fritte o uova dolci (non tutte le mattine), e un po' di più di scelta in pane. L'hotel ha il proprio parcheggio, che è un plus se avete una macchina con voi.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.
