30 days in Lauderdale The property location is perfect. Very close to bars restaurants and the beach. Was there for 30 days and didn’t move my car. The accommodations were as advertised although I had a two bedroom and none of my friends came down! The owner and Rob were extremely nice and attentive. I’m coming back next year!

Location and great value. The place is very quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The best feature is the location. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The ocean is so close, and they provide you with chairs and umbrella. The manager Rob is there 24/7 and all you have to do is ask him and he will take care of anything you need. The owner Wayne visits quite often and is just as helpful.

LBTS in January My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Wayne’s property. It is a block away from the beach and all the activities of downtown. The apartment is updated, clean and comfortable. There are 3 tv’s so everyone can be entertained at the same time. We hope to stay there again next year!

Great experience Wayne and Rob couldn’t be more accommodating.Rob was on-site and if there was even the smallest problem he was there immediately to fix it.He went far beyond anything we could have expected.Will be back again.Dont think we would be happier anywhere else
