This studio is clean and completely furnished! ➺ We have an oven, fridge, toaster oven microwave kitchen equipped with all (pots, pans utensils). ➺ Brand new high Table with four chairs facing the beautiful beach view Panoramic view with both windows. ➺ Queen-size bed with a nice dressing room area and a beautiful divider. Huge closet with hangers and a dresser. ➺ Nice size TV with cable. ➺ Small wall AC. ➺ Glassdoor so you can see the beach. ➺ Towels and linens are stocked in the condo. ➺ Toilet paper and paper towels were provided. ➺ There is a coin washer and dryer right down the hall next to the elevator. ➺ Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. ➺ Wifi included. ➺ Free parking. Guest access Private beach, heated pool, recreation area room. Other things to note Keys will be given checking in The gate key will be charged if lost, $150. Condo rules: ➺ No pets allowed. ➺ No smoking inside the condo. ➺ No loud noise, no parties, no illegal substances or activity. ➺ Parking space is provided at check-in with a mirror card that allows you to be in the space provided however if this is not placed on the car will be towed. You must park at the space given or you will be towed.
