Laucala Island Resort

Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza di 6 notti a Como Laucala Island per festeggiare il nostro 40° anniversario di matrimonio. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il meraviglioso staff che ha fatto di tutto per rendere indimenticabile questo traguardo. Poiché eravamo dall'altra parte della linea di cambio di data, ci hanno preparato due cene molto speciali (una per l'anniversario delle Fiji e una per l'anniversario degli Stati Uniti), entrambe in splendide location, complete di fiori con un chitarrista, ecc. Quando siamo tornati alla nostra villa, ci hanno preparato un meraviglioso bagno di schiuma con petali di fiori e cuori. Una serata davvero speciale. Oltre a queste celebrazioni, il livello del servizio personale è stato straordinario. Abbiamo viaggiato in tutto il mondo e abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel a 5+*, ma in questo TUTTI hanno offerto un servizio cordiale e reattivo. Forse siamo stati in parte fortunati perché il resort era abbastanza vuoto, ma con solo 25 ville in totale non può mai essere molto affollato. Mentre alcuni hotel possono avere stanze "più belle" e cibo migliore (il loro era molto buono), l'esperienza complessiva è stata spettacolare. Un plauso a tutto lo staff! Speriamo di tornare l'anno prossimo.

Laucala is one of the once in a lifetime must dos! This is pure exclusivity but in the best way of its meaning, you feel like at home while every wish is been taken care of. Yeah, as a almost 20 year old resort, we are looking forward to it’s planned renovation. Due to highest quality there is no actual need, but it will be an upgrade. The team and their friendliness are one of a kind. Thanks to Bose, Rupeni, Jerry, Gordon and all the other great folks. Will cu again.

A true urban sanctuary! The way they've managed to create such a peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the city is remarkable. The spa-like bathrooms, the heavenly bedding, and the subtle aromatherapy throughout the property created a multi-sensory experience. The 24-hour gourmet café was an unexpected bonus for late-night cravings.

What a revelation to find a place that so perfectly balances modern luxury with genuine hospitality. The staff's profound understanding of service excellence was evident in every interaction, while the physical space managed to be both impressive and welcoming. The attention to detail extended from the grand gestures to the smallest touches, creating an experience that felt both indulgent and authentic

well slap my thigh and call me sally, this place is a hoot and a half! ️ everythin's slicker than snot on a doorknob, but still cozy as a bug in a rug. folks here are friendly as all get-out, and the fixins are mighty fine. y'all best get here pronto!

This resort is next level. The most amazing resort I have ever seen. This is a natural wonderland, with so much to do. The staff are as good as anywhere I have been, the service incredible and the food amazing. The villas are equally amazing. This is heaven on earth!
