Hotel in zona USA Hockey Store, Las Vegas

I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno qui in circa 10 anni. A differenza dell'ultima volta, ero preoccupato perché viaggiavo con bambini, ma la posizione è proprio al centro e perfetta per andare ovunque. È un po' distante, ma c'è un negozio ABC di fronte all'hotel dove puoi comprare onigiri per i bambini affamati, e persino un negozio di ramen lol Personalmente, il personale di questo negozio Hermes era divino lol Le camere sono un po' datate, ma il prezzo è ragionevole. Rispetto al Wynn, è consigliato a chi è in giro dalla mattina alla sera e vuole semplicemente tornare a dormire piuttosto che godersi la vita in albergo. Purtroppo non c'era la vasca da bagno e la fontana era in costruzione e non poteva essere vista frontalmente. Si prega di notare che non ci sono pantofole, spazzolini da denti o acqua.

Il mio ragazzo e io volavo a Las Vegas per il mio compleanno, e trascorreva una settimana meravigliosa all'Hotel Rio, la stanza era meravigliosa, mi piaceva tutto! Visualizza dalla finestra (siamo stati al 8° piano), bagno pulito, custodia di casa veniva ogni giorno allo stesso tempo

The stay was great from the room to the location and the price, but on arrival my tub was not clean. My belongings also were moved or taken during room moves or cleaning and not returned prior to leaving. Otherwise, the stay was great!

This stay was better than last time, no screaming neighbors, the showers are new and good water pressure plenty of hot water, no creepy nasty shower curtain, clean glass enclosure. Beds are very comfortable, I slept very nice. Rooms this time of year, do not get very warm I have tried to turn up heat & blowers in all my hotels and they have it very regulated this winter! Heating is a big expense passed on to us, the guests. I slipped and fell on the cracked sidewalk going to front desk. Bleeding. Q

La posizione è comoda ed è l'hotel dove si è riunito uno dei gruppi di turisti. Non ci sono forniture effettive come asciugacapelli, liquido per la doccia e shampoo nella stanza. È necessario portare il proprio dentifricio, spazzolino da denti, acqua potabile, ecc. Adoro stare qui, è comodo per molte destinazioni, pulito, sicuro, bellissime decorazioni, spaziosi in qualunque stanza tu scelga. L'unico inconveniente è stata l'assenza di opzioni TV, canali TV regolari, film da acquistare, Netflix disponibile solo se utilizzi le tue informazioni di accesso. A parte questo, sarò sicuramente un ospite di ritorno qui.
