Hotel in zona University of Nevada Cooperative Extension, Las Vegas

Good. The breakfast was served from 6am~10am. It was convenient for us to take it easy in the morning. We had booked a room for 3 people, but there were only two bottles of water provided in the room. It can be improved when the guests ask for one more bottle of water at the front desk and the request shall be satisfied easily.

The check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken. We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money. I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

La posizione è comoda ed è l'hotel dove si è riunito uno dei gruppi di turisti. Non ci sono forniture effettive come asciugacapelli, liquido per la doccia e shampoo nella stanza. È necessario portare il proprio dentifricio, spazzolino da denti, acqua potabile, ecc. La camera era pulita e silenziosa. Era nell'Empire Tower al 36° piano. Il ristorante Americas offriva un ottimo servizio di colazione e cibo. Soddisfatto della posizione e delle opzioni di ristorazione e negozio

Viaggia come gruppo di 5 Adulti e 1 bambino. Ha avuto una piacevole sorpresa quando siamo stati aggiornati a un 2-Bedroom Suite gratuita che viene con parcheggio gratuito. La vista era terribile e il soggiorno era comodo, proprio al cuore del *****. Solo le calamità erano leggere, non funzionavano e non c'era la caldaia, ma era perfetta in caso contrario.

*** Nessuno, tranquillo, pulito, non fumatori, hotel a 5 stelle con cucina Raccontare. A 12 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto internazionale Harry Reid. Sono andato a Las Vegas da solo per vedere il Cirque du Soleil. Questo hotel non aveva ***, quindi ho potuto accedere subito alla reception, quindi per uno come me che non fa ***, è stato senza stress e non mi sono perso. Sono arrivato alle 13, ma quando sono andato alla reception si sono occupati della procedura di check-in e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero avvisato via email quando la camera fosse stata pronta. Mentre ero seduto sul divano nell'atrio, ho ricevuto immediatamente un'e-mail che diceva: ”La tua camera è pronta. Per favore, vieni alla reception”. Prenota un monolocale. Era una vista sulla città al 47esimo piano. C'è una cucina, un forno a microonde e un lavandino. Il letto e la camera sono troppo grandi per ospitare una sola persona. Separata dalla doccia, c'è una vasca ampia e profonda dove anche persone alte 170 cm possono sdraiarsi e sgranchire le gambe. Gli utensili da cucina possono essere consegnati chiamando il servizio di pulizia. Quando ho detto loro che avevo bisogno di una pentola per far bollire l'acqua, mi hanno consegnato un vassoio con una pentola con una sola mano, due tazze, un cucchiaio di plastica, una forchetta, un coltello, un tovagliolo, sale e zucchero. Quando ho chiesto se l'acqua nella bottiglia di plastica sopra la cucina in camera era gratuita, mi è stato detto che anche tutti i dolci della porta accanto erano carichi, quindi ho chiesto se potevo bere l'acqua del rubinetto. Quando gliel'ho chiesto, ha detto che non lo sapeva e che avrebbe portato dell'acqua se ne avessi avuto bisogno, e mi ha dato due piccole bottiglie di plastica. Sono rimasto molto deluso dal fatto che non ci fosse acqua per il drink di benvenuto, ma sono stati molto reattivi e gentili. Non ci sono ciabatte né spazzolini da denti, quindi è meglio portarli da casa. Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno qui in circa 10 anni. A differenza dell'ultima volta, ero preoccupato perché viaggiavo con bambini, ma la posizione è proprio al centro e perfetta per andare ovunque. È un po' distante, ma c'è un negozio ABC di fronte all'hotel dove puoi comprare onigiri per i bambini affamati, e persino un negozio di ramen lol Personalmente, il personale di questo negozio Hermes era divino lol Le camere sono un po' datate, ma il prezzo è ragionevole. Rispetto al Wynn, è consigliato a chi è in giro dalla mattina alla sera e vuole semplicemente tornare a dormire piuttosto che godersi la vita in albergo. Purtroppo non c'era la vasca da bagno e la fontana era in costruzione e non poteva essere vista frontalmente. Si prega di notare che non ci sono pantofole, spazzolini da denti o acqua.

Adoro stare qui, è comodo per molte destinazioni, pulito, sicuro, bellissime decorazioni, spaziosi in qualunque stanza tu scelga. L'unico inconveniente è stata l'assenza di opzioni TV, canali TV regolari, film da acquistare, Netflix disponibile solo se utilizzi le tue informazioni di accesso. A parte questo, sarò sicuramente un ospite di ritorno qui.

Il prezzo è ragionevole, è fuori dal ***** ma si può camminare fino al ***** in 10-15 minuti, distanza ragionevole. La camera è spaziosa e ben mantenuta! L'hotel è ora parzialmente in ristrutturazione, in attesa della zona di nuova costruzione! Anche se una parte dell'hotel non è in servizio, mi sorprende di vedere un buon ristorante cinese all'interno dell'hotel!

Bel posto, pulito e igienico, ma troppo lontano da ** Avenue. Ci sono molti posti auto quindi non preoccuparti di rimanere senza spazio, ti addebiteranno prima un deposito, che ti verrà restituito entro pochi giorni al momento del check out.  C'è un ristorante Fridays e la metropolitana al primo piano, che vende anche caffè Starbucks. Di fronte c'è un Danny's e un supermercato. Nel complesso è molto comodo, ma se vuoi andare a ** Avenue, potresti dover prendere una Lyft o camminare per 30 minuti lì.
