STAYED THERE 5 DAYS AND 4 NIGHTS. ONLY HAD HOT WATER IN 1 NIGHT.

[2] NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER & UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK:
MON(DAY1):
My flight was delayed, so I checked in on Tue.
TUE(DAY2):
02:00 AM: Checked In
03:00 AM: No Hot water in shower
09:00 AM: No Hot water in shower
11:50 PM: No Hot Water in shower
11:51 PM: Called the Front Desk
*1st Call: I hit the "front desk" button on the phone, but no one answered the call.
*2nd Call: I pressed the "front desk" button on the phone again, and this time, a Security Officer answered the call and asked me what happened. I told him I pressed the button to call the front desk, not the Security Officer. Then, he transferred me to the front desk. Again, no one answered the call.
*3rd Call: I called the front desk again, and this time, an operator picked up the phone (I pressed the same button on the phone 3 times at this point.) Then, I was transferred to the Front Desk. Again, no one answered the call, and I got hung up.
*4th Call: I called the front desk again. The same operator answered the call. She said that she would transfer me to the Front Desk again. I asked "what if no one answered my call. I'm freezing and there's no Hot Water in Shower" She said she would stay on the line with me while transferring me to the front desk (I appreciated that.). This time, someone at the front desk did pick up the phone (and now, it's Day 2) I told her that there's no Hot Water in the Shower and I explained everything that I have experienced since I checked in. She said she would send someone to my room and rushed to hang up my phone. Now, it's about 00:10 AM (Day 2)
WED(DAY3):
00:10 AM - Front Desk told me that they would send someone to my room and rushed to end the call without telling me any detail
01:00 AM - No one showed up. No phone call.
01:10 AM - At around 1:10AM, I made another call to the front desk. I pressed the same Front Desk button on the phone and this time the same person who I talked to at 00:10 AM picked up the phone. She said that she already created a request/case or something to the Facilities team. There's nothing else she could do and just asked me to wait. I politely replied "OK!". Then, I waited and waited.
01:40 AM - I called the front desk again. Again, the same person answered the call. Before I started talking, she said "are you calling about the no Hot Water again?" I said yes, and I said that I wanted for a long time, and no one showed up. Then, she said "I am sure I created a request to the Facility Department. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL YOUR REQUEST/CASE RIGHT NOW SO THAT YOU CAN GO TO SLEEP?". I started losing my patient. I then told her I was cold, tired, and I'm here in Vegas to work. It's the 2nd Day, there's still no Hot Water in the Shower, and etc. She replied by saying "DID YOU CALL EARLIER? THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HEARING THAT YOUR ROOM DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER. DID YOU TELL SOMEONE ELSE EARLIER TODAY? WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO NOW? FACILITIES WON'T TELL ME THE ETA. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO NOW?" For a moment, I felt like I was talking to a High School student. Long story short, the call was NOT pleasant at all. I'm 100% sure that I ended the call at around 1:40AM in the morning because I told her that I would wait for another 20 minutes till 2 AM.
2:00 AM – The tech showed up. (2 hours after I made the call.)
2:15 AM – FIXED. Long story short, he had to disassemble the shower handle/knob on the wall. He said something fell apart in the wall, but he re-assembled it back and fixed it. I got hot water "NOW".
7:00 AM – Still had hot water
11:00 PM - NO MORE HOT WATER AGAIN. I was tired and didn't bother to call the front desk. I took a quick shower just to wash my head without body and went to sleep.
THU(DAY4):
11:30 PM - NO HOT WATER.
FRI(DAY5): CHECKED OUT
[2]TWO BATH ROOM SINK NOT DRAINING (OR DRAINING SUPER SLOWING): I didn’t bother to call the front desk.
