Jet Luxury at the Signature Condo Hotel

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

If you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, don't expect it here. For context: I am not a picky person about hotels, but this place looked like they could have filmed a horror movie or American Horror story there. I have to switch hotels. I literally checked in and had to check right out it was so gross in the room and so unkept everywhere. I got there at 8pm and the third party that controls the room service and any thing you need is not the people at the front desk. They can't do anything for you if your room is am less like ours was. We got a full kitchen with King bed and Mountain View room. The hotel was suspect, at least at Tower 1. The building was very old and the unit was as well. Paint was chipping off the walls, cracks in the tile in the kitchen and rest room. The place looked lived in like the person just up and left and didn't even bother cleaning anything. I wiped surfaces down with wet ones and Clorox wipes and it was filthy. I don't mean a little yellow like when you cleaned a surface and needed to go over it one more time, I'm talking brown all over with crumbs and hair. The hotel itself was beat up too. You can always tell from the Lobby and elevator what to expect. The place looks like it was built in the 70s or 80s which would be fine if they maintained it. There were black scratch marks all over the walls, dust on mirrors and glass surfaces, if the room was maintained and well lit, my husband and I would have stayed. I wanted to request a new room, but their office closes at 7pm so they don't answer and can't do anything for you. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Nice stay! Really appreciate that they kept our phone safe which was left behind, for us to return and pick it up.

The property is connected to the Grand MGM which offers you the monorail transportation plus dining options and the ****** . We stayed in Tower 1 which is the one connected to the MGM but all properties are connected and have a local store and STARBUCKS 😇.

Nice clean room. I liked being removed by the ***** a little but my wife didn’t like it. I was a bit annoyed they don’t let you check in early at all because we needed to get to the Super Bowl and they didn’t even entertain the idea.

The mixing valve in the shower is broken so my shower water temperature kept changing from hot to cold. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the shower had residue and the are between the couch and table had old food crumbs on the carpet.

Nice spacious room with kitchenette features. Once you learn where the Uber pickup spot is and the entrance to the corridor to MGM Grand you realize how close to the ***** it is and accessible. Rooms are not all identical (subleased condos) and no full hotel staff or restaurant, but lots of stuff at MGM is easy access. And many rooms have a view of Top Golf, if that matters…

The property was nice, clean and quiet, but the shower ran out of hot water in a matter of minutes and no staff around to report it to or maintenance to have it fixed. Otherwise, I would have given a much higher rating.
