If we, Signature or the cleaning staff detects any evidence of smoking of any kind in this suite, you will be subject to mandatory eviction with no refund and we will charge you $500 and you agree to not dispute this if you rent this suite. The MGM Signature does not service this suite or any privately owned, self managed suites. As such there is no daily cleaning or ability to request additional service items from the MGM Signature or us such as extra towels, extra paper products, coffee, or toiletries from the Signature. If you need extras we suggest you bring them or purchase them nearby.
