The owner of this hostel -Luiggi- real name Inguelbert Luis Frias MARTINEZ- is a THIEF . He ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT - I sent him a deposit of $ 200 US dollars for renting a room with shared bathroom and communal kitchen for the month of January 2023. I sent this money to Luiggi on December 8, 2022 through Western Union from Canada with receipt MTCN: 277-839-4760 and the owner confirmed through text message on Whatsapp that he collected this money the same day. On Dec 12, 2023 after ONLY 3 days I informed him that I do not need the rental from him and I asked for my deposit money back. He is NOT sending me my deposit back saying that he lost clients because he reserved my room in advance for Jan 2023. This affirmation is utterly false because : 1. From December 12, 2022 when I told him that I do not need this rental , till January 1, 2023 there are still 3 WEEKS when he can rent to another client 2. At the time when I sent the deposit and even 3 days later on all the sites on internet where he advertised his hostel for rental there were and are a lot of rooms still available for renting at his hostel . SO BE AWARE THIS OWNER IS NOT HONEST
