Il posto è un'oasi di pace, curata, in ordine con uno stile minimal che si riflette nella gusto del proprietario che è architetto. Eppure questa non è quello che più abbiamo apprezzato. Quello che ci portiamo a casa è l'accoglienza del gestore: attento, presente e con la voglia di interagire e conoscere i suoi ospiti. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa senza essere invadente. Vogliamo poi parlare della colazione? Sempre diversa, gustosa, varia ed abbondante. Insomma dieci e lode!

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The property is small, cosy and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great; coffee, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, fresh juice and toast… made to order with love!
Valerio and his staff really made us feel at home!

Tremendous experience. A hidden gem located in Las Terrenas. Not beachfront as described, but the location is also convenient, isolated from the confusion of the city, with easy access to all places. The hotel itself is beautiful, you can see the details in every corner. It was built with care, so that one can enjoy and rest. So much peace and tranquility. The room has plenty of space, with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, small refrigerator. Very clean as well as the bathroom. Hot water and amenities included. The outside area is gorgeous. A large front yard, a beautiful pool. A nice place to rest. The breakfast itself is a must. Fresh fruits, fresh juice, coffee or tea, eggs with ham and cheese, bread, butter… delicious. And the last but not the least. Don Henrique, the owner, is a gentleman. He was managing himself the guests and making sure everything is perfect. Thanks a lot Don Henrique for your hospitality and warm welcome.

We arrived at the hotel and noticed a lot of lizards all over the place. We were then checked in the room and we noticed a lot of bugs + lizards in the room and even in our pillow and bed. We told that we preferred to search for another accomodation because we were not comfortable sleeping with lizards or bugs. The only thing the owner said is 'that we needed to pay'. He obviously didn't care about anything else than his money. He demanded us to go fetch money from the A** in town and bring it, which we did, although we also saw there was an option to pay with credit card. After that we left. Tldr: don't go there unless you like sleeping with bugs and lizards and if you want to be treated rudely. We also see that the owner is really agressively replying to everything negative on *********** , I wouldn't be surprised if he does the same now.

Great time! The breakfast was perfect! Valerie was so helpful & kind! We arrived with no luggage for our entire trip and he was so helpful to direct us, and we could go to get what we needed. Great location! The property was well-maintained! Will definitely come back!

Great stay: relaxing, inspiring and beautiful. the area is worth a trip and this accommodation was a perfect choice for us. Welcoming, intimate and elegant but in the middle of the nature as well. Breakfast was the perfect start for a day around the best beaches of the area!
