L'hotel va bene, è troppo lontano. Sono troppi cani che vanno intorno all'hotel, e ho paura di essere spaventati.L'ultima volta che sono stati spaventati nelle Filippine, ho fatto il vaccino per quattro ospedali, ho speso 5000 oceani.

Nothing special but for a night it a good place to rest and sleepover

We were hesitant to book at first due to a lack of reviews, but our experience exceeded our expectations. This accommodation deserves an honest review. We stayed for 2 nights and found it easy to access, with friendly staff. Omni Dormitel is the best budget option we have tried. The Chinese staff member, likely the owner, was very professional and quickly shared helpful information like the Wi-Fi password and nearby stores. The room was clean and cozy, with plenty of storage. It felt like home. The lighting was nice, but the TV did not work well. The air conditioning was good, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Our only concern was security since the room lock was broken, but we could still lock the door with a key. Despite outside noise from karaoke at night, we did not hear much inside the room.

Prenotato per una prenotazione per cena a Verandah e abbiamo avuto un vero buon tempo e grande cibo con grandi servizi. Cinque stelle. Dirò ai miei amici e alla famiglia di prenotare questo hotel. Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

是個汽車旅館，有很多車庫，車庫有樓梯上二樓。 房間有2道門，門之間有個枱子，可以方便服務員送東西。 房間挺大，設施不全，要了水壺（包括純凈水、水壺、玻璃杯、咖啡杯、咖啡等，是一套） 床挺大，蓋的衹給了床單，又要了一個毯子。 有個特別躺椅，整體成型，躺上面還挺舒服。 有類似快餐店的餐桌和沙發，但是旁邊沒有電源。衞生間門口有個流線型的梳粧台，有吹風機和電源，勉強在那裡辦公。 早餐提前説好時間，第二天會直接送到房間。 你不提要求，沒人會來打擾你，也不會來收拾房間。 沒有房卡，可能是出門自己反鎖，回來找服務員開門（菲律賓味英語沒聽太明白） 房間發現有蟑螂。 總結：房間大，下單式服務，適合有車一族。

La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato questa volta non era troppo igienica. L'ultima volta avevo un compagno con i miei amici. La prossima volta soggiornerò qui dopo aver completato questa procedura.

I wonder how the lifeguard can hear the screams of drowning children when he's sitting next to a speaker blaring out the most aweful songs at pile-driver volume. This is the sixth or seventh time my wife and I have stayed here, but we always say it will be our last. It's super convenient for us: close to the airport, her family in las pinas and the leafy suburb of Alabang (and the chocolate sourdough and Firehouse pizza of the Crimson Hotel. They seem to have now given up on being a real hotel. It's always puzzled us as to why the hotel always seems empty but there are always really noisy families on all sides of our room. This trip I checked out other floors and they were in darkness. The hotel is also clearly targeting families: the pool was packed with kids and adults who couldn't swim, making it a very unattractive proposition until they escaped the midday sun. i've nothing against families, but if you're trying to be an international hotel and charging close to HK rates per night, the last thing guests want is thousands of screaming kids at breakfast, ruining the ambience etc. It's kind of a race to the bottom now. The ”gourmand” restaurant is NOT. the mignon restaurant on the top floor has NEVER been open. Now they've shut the sports bar -- where we used to go to play pool. The staff, god blees 'em, haven't been trained properly, the management are clearly hopeless and they have no sense of how to retain guests, You'd think after staying there half a dozen times, their CRM system would twig that it's us -- the couple that drops a few thousand pesos every night in your crappy bar! Here's a good indication: when asking the staff (on our last visit) for a san miguel beer, i wass told they didn't have any... er... there's a 7-11 over the road, get off your **** and buy one. In any event, we went upstairs to the at-the-time-open bar and guess what? they had loads of san miguel. It's a bit like Fawlty Towers... but not funny. It it wasn't down the road from her family, we'd stay in the Crimson or another nearby hotel. In fact, trying one out this weekend. Will let y'all know how that goes.
