Hotel in zona Saint Augustíne Catholic Church, Las Palmas, Las Palmas

Meravigliosa esperienza in questo nuovo hotel, Confortevole,pulito ed arredato con gusto. Personale gentile con un attenzione al cliente molto buona dal rifornimento accessori bagno e acqua di cortesia,passando per una colazione varia e gustosa. Finestre enormi dal pavimento al soffitto che rendono la vista spettacolare.Rooftop con d.j e bar.Difronte stazione bus parco catalyna. Piccola piscina incantevole.Insomma un ottimo hotel dove soggiornare.Siamo stati benissimo.

Abbiamo prenotato questo per un soggiorno di 7 notti via ************. È stato selezionato come in una posizione conveniente per le nostre esigenze. Ci sono positivi e negativi: Positivi: ＞ Polite, team di accoglienza conosciuto e amichevole disponibile 24/7. ＞ Camera pulita e aree comuni ＞ Pulizia in giorni alternati, (anche presto) - quindi mettiamo l'avviso ”Non disturbare” sulla porta. ＞ Grande, comodo letto ＞ Ottimo doccia, ricchezza di acqua calda. ＞ Aria condizionata (ma non abbiamo bisogno di usarlo). ＞ Buona cucina, microonde, frigorifero/congelatore, tostapane, macchina caffè, caldaia. Lavastoviglie, lavastoviglie e asciugamani forniti.

La strada dell'ingresso del blocco non sembra affascinante, ma la hall è molto moderna. Alcuni stanze sono state ristrutturate, ma la mia stanza 103 era un po' giaccata in cucina e le piastrelle miste sono state utilizzate nel bagno. La posizione è grande per i bar e i bar, una lunga camminata proprio fuori. La mia stanza aveva un piccolo balcone dove potresti pendere lavanderia, ci sono due lavanderie a pochi metri di distanza. Si può vedere il mare dal balcone che è a pochi minuti da qui. C'è una passeggiata molto ampia per circa un chilometro lungo la spiaggia. La cucina aveva due set di piastrelle, tazze e bolle e cucina. La piastra è moderna e riscalda molto rapidamente. C'è un buon frigo di dimensioni, ma la mia era gonfiandosi al pavimento come era ghiaccio. Il ricevitore è bello, ma parla solo spagnolo, ma è riuscito a aiutarmi con il mio taxi di ritorno all'aeroporto. Ho apprezzato le mie 5 notti e mi sono fermato di nuovo. Ci sono un po'di rumore stradale durante la notte, soprattutto venerdì. Ci è una TV colore montata di parete davanti ai due letti singoli.

This is a great hostel. It actually felt like a hotel and was really nicely and uniquely decorated. The bed was huge - easily a Kingsize and very comfortable. The window panes were thin and so you could hear noise in the streets quite loudly so if you’re sensitive to this, pack earplugs. We had a room with a bathroom in it. I’m reality this was one large room with a toilet, shower and sink and a bamboo “screen” separating those and the bed. That was a little odd as it meant you obviously had no privacy really, but there is another communal loo that can be used. The price of the room for one night was €68 which we felt was a great price for the room. The hostel is really central and you can walk to the beach within a matter of minutes.

This was a one night stay before picking up the cruise ship Azamara Onward. To get to check-in, you have to go up one storey from ground level by climbing a fancy set of entrance steps. There is a 1970s ”baggage lift” to the rhs, and if you have a disability you can use that, but it has no sides, and moves at a snails pace whilst your finger has to stay on the button. This lack in investment speaks volumes about this hotel. I was given a superior room due to loyalty scheme status, but it was nothing special. The air con was noisy, and the room lacked charging points. The mattress wasn't that great, and the bedding was musty. Dinner in the 23rd floor restaurant was a farce. The restaurant was fairly full with cruise guests on a dinner package that included a buffet and drinks. Rather than allowing us to pay for the same buffet, we were forced to choose from a very limited overpriced restaurant menu. The food was disgusting. The extremely processed food ”burger” was still raw in the middle; the hake was aslso still raw in the middle and both had to be sent back to the kitchen. They couldn't even cook the chips. My travel companion said that breakfast in the morning was even more of a disaster - not enough seats for the guests, nor enough food out. Would I stay here again? Well, I used Marriott points, so it was free. If I was paying for it, I'd want my money back.....

Modern hotel set on a side street just 100m from the excellent beach & promenade. We stated 7 nights on a bed & breakfast basis. The room was large with very nice bathroom and included tea/coffee facilities, air con and safe. The double bed was two large singles together which is now unfortunately more common throughout Europe but we loved the crisp white cotton sheets and the two different types of pillow. Our room was on the 5th floor to the front over looking the street but we had minimal noise. The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas and we had fresh towels each day. There was a sun terrace on the top floor with modern sun loungers available. Breakfast was sufficient with an acceptable level of choice but I would have liked the three hot choices to be cooked more often as they can sit in a hot tray for a prolonged period. All of the staff were excellent in manner and efficiency. The new shopping centre at the end of the promenade is within walking distance and there is a second shopping centre available 1000m at the opposite end of the hotel street from the beach where the cruise liners dock. This a great value hotel in an outstanding location with fantastic access to the promenade (flat location) and beach, highly recommended for a winter break, we shall return.

Ottimo hotel 4 stelle posizionato vicino la playa de las Canteras. Ottima colazione a buffet sia dolce che salato, c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta. Camere dotate di aria condizionata e molto spaziose. Il bagno abbastanza grande dotato di bidet e prodotti per la persona. Sul terrazzo piscina non molto grande e vasca jacuzzi. Una palestra al primo piano dotata di 10 attrezzi veramente bella. Personale sia alla reception che in sala ristorante molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza a Las Palmas.

Sono stata con mio marito una notte, abbiano preso il pacchetto : pernottamento, colazione e SPA. La struttura è situata in un punto strategico e spettacolare, esternamente è tenuta bene ma internamente sembra ”datata” in quanto presenta arredi anni '80. La cosa che mi ha un po' meravigliata è vedere corridoi lunghissimi oltre che nelle sale comuni i tappeti che, tra l'altro, era sporche e non aspirati ! La stanza ed il bagno sono molto ampi , con un terrazzo altrettanto comodo arredato con poltrone e tavolo che si affaccia sullo strapiombo della montagna (si può ammirare il Roque Nublo) . I letti erano uniti ma formati da due letti da una piazza e mezza , pertanto molto grande (rispetto ai soliti matrimoniali), era comodo. Due armadi, un divanetto ed una poltroncina, una credenza con incassato il frigor compongono la stanza . Il bagno con vasca (anni '70) con mezzo sopravasca apribile in vetro , lavandino doppio completo di specchiera ampia e per finire water e bidet. In stanza si trovava oltre ai teli anche: shampoo, gel doccia , saponetta , pettine, cuffia per capelli, phone, frigor con un po' di bibite. La SPA, con vasca idromassaggio, 3 docce varie, sauna e bagno turco, vasca che è in parte interna e l'altra parte esterna a strapiombo sulla montagna (davvero spettacolare!), sala relax ed a disposizione thé ed acqua. All'entrata ci sarà Rebecca molto carina e gentile che spiega il tutto e ci fornisce di telo ed accappatoio. Di fianco alla SPA c'è la palestra. La colazione si fa in una sala molto ampia, ci è stato assegnato un tavolo e ci hanno servito caffè e latte per il resto dal dolce al salato , succhi e marmellata, frutta e pane ci si serve a buffet. Ammetto che la colazione è TOP! Il parcheggio è vicino alla struttura. Lo consiglio!
