Hotel LIVVO Puerto de Mogán

Lovely Hotel with excellent friendly staff. Everyone is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble! It was our first stay at this hotel but not our first time in Puerto de Mogan. The hotel has the perfect location we had a first floor room with a small balcony over looking the harbour. It didn’t get sun till about mid day but it was lovely to sit with a late afternoon drink and watch the sun going down. The rooms were very clean and the turn down service and lindt chocolate was an added bonus. What lets this hotel down is the restaurant food sadly it needs improvement. It’s very repetitive the hot food was lukewarm and nothing really makes a meal it’s all a bit random. We stayed over Christmas and had the Gala Dinner I wish we’d gone out. We did end up eating out 3 nights just to eat something different and that was hot. I did tell the guests relations. Give people the option of B&B and help support the local restaurants. I would return if I was coming back to Gran Canaria but I’d ask for B&B. The best move this hotel could make would be Adult Only its mainly adults but as we were leaving some small children arrived and you could see some of the older guest we’re not very happy.

This hotel is in the most beautiful location in such a lovely resort. The rooms were large ,very clean and had every amenity we required . The extras were fantastic Welcome treats and soft drinks provided then water and lovely chocolate provided every day. We loved the afternoon tea and cava provided free in the sitting room everyday between 4-5 pm The staff were amazing and went out of there way to make our stay perfect The gala dinner and entertainment at New Year were fantastic .Porto Mogan also has the most amazing fireworks which could be viewed perfectly from the rooftop bar. We made full use of the indoor spa which was included ,but had to be booked but such a treat ! I loved the steps to the sea swimming area and the pool and despite it being cooler made sure to swim every day. The only thing we could fault was the background jazz music it would be nice to have a different genre of music We were unable to book a Bali bed as they were fully booked in advance but the sunbeds by the pool were plentiful and towels were provided. We had such a good time a lovely relaxing winter holiday and hope to return .

Just returned from a week’s stay in hotel. Disappointed with first room we were allocated but happy once room was changed two days later. Hotel is spotless and staff are very friendly, especially Raquel on Reception. Food is very good with lots of choice. Dining room can be very busy as people staying in apartments also use facilities. Pool area is clean but can also be quite busy. Sunbeds would be more comfortable with cushions but Balinese beds are available at a cost of €50 a day to include drinks and snacks. Access to sea also available. We used the roof terrace which was quiet and amazing views. Enjoyed the very central location of this hotel and will certainly be returning.

Just back from 2 weeks at this hotel. Had an amazing time, room was perfect position, ground floor with a patio, table and chairs and sun loungers. Pool directly in front, restaurant just to the left. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, they do everything to make your stay the best and memorable. Had a massage in the spa by Noella. Ricardo the assistant manager was excellent, despite the amount of guests he made sure he knew your name and if you had made a request he would always check when he saw you if everything was sorted. Definitely recommend here 5 stars.

Fantastic staff,nothing too much trouble for them, room kept spotless clean,wonderful facilities we really enjoyed the teatime treat. Reception ladies Natali and Patricia deserve a mention because they went out of their way to help when we had a problem which they resolved without any fuss or bother, well done to them both. This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and we have enjoyed both visits so much we have already booked for another week in June 2026

Hotel Livvo puerto mogan was an amazing stay, the most beautiful location right on the marina, we were looked after from the moment we arrived until the day we left, booking with tui there were extras thrown in eg wine on arrival, day bed over looking the sea inc wine, fruit, nibbles etc extras which was a lovely treat , the spa was amazing 🤩 and the food was to everyones taste. There was the odd musical person around the restaurant a few times a week which was a nice touch as was the cream tea in the afternoon. , Ricardo the manager was really helpful & went out of his way to help with any questions, we have totally fallen so much in love with the place we have booked to come back again next year, like the majority of people that we’re staying at the hotel, the only improvement for me would be to have the bar open on the roof top & some music & fir some savoury nibbles or sandwiches at the cream tea instead of just cakes but overall they are only recommendations & i can not fault this special little hotel we really enjoyed it so much part of me wants to keep it a secret 🤫
