Great place and location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though, there were a few details that we feel were lacking, easy fixes. There were no paper towels, no hand towel in the second bathroom and no wine glasses.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this rental. However, this time, when we got there, the ac wasn't working properly. It was 77 in the house but after 20 minutes it was up to 78 and then higher. We could reach the host until around 10pm. However, he was very apologetic and said he would give us a partial refund. We could only find 3 washcloths and there were no makeup remover wipes in either bathroom. However, we would stay again because it was awfully hot outside so it probably caused the ac to freeze up.

Wonderful house for our group! We were in town for a golf tournament and stayed at this VRBO. It was perfect for us! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. In fact, we loved it so much we plan on staying there again for our tournament next month! It was a very reasonable price and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Las Cruces Ukulele Festival weekend The Property was superb! The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We hope it's available next year when The String-a-long Uke Band from Kerrville TX returns for the next Las Cruces Uke Fest. Also, the Property Manager was great! He is absolutely the nicest person to work with. We even attempted to get him to join us at the Uke Fest! But he already had plans, maybe next year :)From the beginning of the transaction (reserving the house) till the end of our stay was the best! Will definitely recommend using VRBO to all our friends and family and if anyone one is going to Las Cruces we'll definitely send them to the place we rented. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

Nice house Everything was great but a few things needed fixing. The lights and fan in the main room dont work. The community restroom had a clogged sink. The shower needs a shower curtain or door installed.

Great place to stay We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to the freeway, but the noise is not very noticeable. This location was perfect and is located in a nice neighborhood. The property could use some added kitchen items for baking and preparing meals, some fixing of prior damages, and deeper cleaning, but overall, it is a fantastic place to stay in Las Cruces.
