Beautiful hotel. The suites are private and quiet, but close enough to all major destinations in the area. Peacocks walk around the property and they are beautiful. I had the included breakfast 5 days in a row and each day was different and fantastic. Service was well above average and I could not have asked for anything more from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Very welcoming staff. Would highly recommend, particularly for those who rent cars.

Amazing and beautiful resort, in particular its proximity to (and views of) the volcano, the gorgeous landscaping throughout the resort, the pool area, and the wonderfully comfortable suites including private decks set in a jungle of exotic plants.

First time coming to Costa Rica and it has been outstanding due to our stay here at Epic Tamarindo. Arnold and May could have not made the experience any more beautiful. My boyfriend Joe and I stayed here for 4 full nights in the adult suites. A complete Epic experience. Not only are you staying at a beautiful place. You get the insights on all the best spots. From restaurants to night life, they guide you through it all. Every restaurant recommended has brought us back multiple times. The Hospitality, the beautiful rooms, views and the breakfast was just outstanding. This place is the perfect couples retreat. Peace, Serenity, Pura Vida! I can't wait to come back to Epic Tamarindo next year. Thank you to the amazing staff for making us feel at home, we love you!!

Exceptional service, beautiful compound, very accommodating and helpful staff. Loved our room and overall design. Everything felt very tailored to us, from breakfast, lounging by the pool, the wine selection and the surprise popcorn at the pool. 10/10 would return again.

Epic Tamarindo was such a beautiful, relaxing place to stay right outside Tamarindo. The rooms were luxurious and had the perfect indoor/outdoor feel. The fresh Costa Rican breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start the day. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Arnold and May provided us with helpful information to go out and adventure some amazing, secluded beaches and villages we would never have found on our own, also recommended quality restaurants. Our room was extraordinary, clean and peaceful nature setting with personal salt bath Thank you for the awesome experience!

Loved staying here. The rooms were amazing (better than pictured), the property was safe and gated, and the pool was refreshing. Some items to note: 1. There is no restaurant on site, but they do offer a $25 breakfast 2. You cannot flush toilet paper. I didn't find this inconveniencing, more of an FYI 3. The property manager is very engaging and knowledgeable about the area. Lean on him for restaurant suggestions and activities recommendations 4. The shower water was warm, not hot.

Fantastic stay here. Beautiful interior and exterior - very modern and clean. Service was 10/10 and extremely attentive. I usually always stay in marriot hotels and I’m glad I skipped marriot in Costa Rica and stayed in Epic instead. Thank you!
