La posizione è eccezionale per chi vuole visitare las Calderas. Personale multilingue molto disponibile. La pulizia non è il loro punto forte, però c’è da dire anche che si adoperano per rimediare nel momento in cui vengono segnalati eventuali problemi.
Ritengo che abbiano prezzi un po’ alti, per cui le aspettative erano più elevate.
Ci hanno comunque concesso un late check-out senza supplemento, che abbiamo apprezzato.
Posso non dare loro la responsabilità per la presenza di zanzare in cortile, ma per le formichine in bagno però dovrebbero fare qualcosa. Nel complesso li promuovo soprattutto per lo staff e perché ci hanno lasciato usare la piscina fino a ben oltre l’orario di rilascio della camera.

The location and garden is lovely. Rooms are rather old but clean and nice. Breakfast was really good but dinner was not. We waited 1.5 hours to get a cold tasteless burger and cold pasta with very fat creamy sauce. Would not recommend for dinner. Also prices are higher compared to restaurants in the area. Service was mostly kind. We really appreciated that we were allowed to reduce our stay by 2 nights. Overall would recommend this place for a few nights to visit this lovely and remote area in Dom.Republic.

Very nice property! Right on wayer, and diracross from the entrance to sand dunes. Pool was refreshing and food was good

1.neee an extra remote for people with car
2.have a coffee machine available.
3.the breakfast for people working should be earlier than 8 o clock.
Beside that the stay was good and confortable.

This property has spectacular views from your room, its an ocean and mountain view property.
Are room was very clean and cozy!.
The owner soeaks very good English and is very accommodating, even if your a late check in.
My wife and I arrived around 11:30pm.
It was no problem, they even granted us some beers from the fridge.
Some of the property is under construction, but over all!...A spectacular property and Stay
Also, the meals are excellent.

We chose Sava for it’s beautiful setting and ambiance and based on a previous visit in 2019. Unfortunately this visit was ruined by a terribly slow service and inattentive staff. While we were a table of 12 and understandably a large order the service staff never approached us to apologize and / or check on our needs. We approached the staff on 3 occasions, twice with a manager, to demand an update and eventually be acknowledged. Our demanda were met with excuses of new staff (both server and cook). Our quick stop for lunch before the beach dis not result as we anticipated. While restaurants can suffer delays and have a rush, the lack of response from the management in this establishment was unforgiving.

I was on a solo birding trip to the SW of the Dominican Republic, and wanted lodging close to some of the excellent coastal birding sites in the area. Sava Salinas fit the bill. My room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast on the patio were lovely, since the patio offers a view of the bay. The gardens of the hotel are quite pleasant. I would stay here again if I found myself in the area. It is especially convenient to be this close to Punta Salinas.

This hotel has an amazing location, right in front of a quiet beach and with the entrance to the sand dunes park on its back. You cannot find a better place to stay if you want to visit the sand dunes. This would be a really amazing hotel if it wasn't for a couple of annoying things: we tried the hotel restaurant but the waiting time was incredibly long and while we were waiting on that nice table overlooking the beach and the ocean we were badly bitten by very small and silent mosquitos that locals call "jejenes", the staff was aware of the risk but did not care to inform us. When I started to inquire about those insects they provided us with a bug repellent but that was too late.

Cute boutique hotel, friendly and attentive staff. The room, Luna, had a great view and was very nice. Property is directly across the road from the access point for the Dunes, which are a must see.
