Hotel in zona Kallinikeio Municipal Museum of Athienou, Larnaca

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

Che bel posto per stare. La stanza era senza spot e completamente suonato! Ok, non si ottiene una vista sul mare, ma un breve passo e ci sei. Il colazione era meraviglioso con abbastanza da offrire. La camera era un piacere, tra cui un bagno a bubble! Tutti i membri del personale erano amichevoli e di aiuto.Io sarei rimasto lì.

Un hotel con una posizione molto buona, il rapporto prezzo-valore è perfetto. La colazione era molto vario e delizioso. La pulizia giornaliera era buona. I bagni preparati soddisfano tutte le esigenze, è necessario solo portare qui i vostri beni personali, quindi è anche un alloggio perfetto per i bagagli. Non c'è alcun onere aggiuntivo per una cassaforte, che è molto positivo. Il condizionamento d'aria funziona molto bene e il Wifi è piuttosto forte. La vista dalla stanza sul piano superiore era buona. L'hotel è facilmente accessibile, la fermata dell'autobus e la spiaggia più vicina sono a 5-minute passeggiata. È possibile prenotare un viaggio di gruppo all'hotel, che è stato anche un ottimo programma. Il personale è gentile e utile. Mi piacerebbe tornare in questo hotel un'altra volta. Posso menzionare solo un negativo: l'ascensore non ha un sensore che rileva che i passeggeri entrano e escono, quindi durante la mia presenza, la porta dell'ascensore è chiusa più volte, o se non mi sono resa abbastanza veloce, è lasciata prima di salire.

A charming and elegant hotel that feels like a haven of tranquility nestled amidst the vibrant heart of Larnaca. The stylish retreat seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of Cypriot flair. The room exuded sophistication and comfort and came with plush bedding, luxurious bathrooms, and nice views of the city from the private balcony. We loved the Lounge access (as we stayed in an EXECUTIVE room) that treated us to snacks and beverages throughout the day. LOCATION: located in the heart of the city center and walkable from all key attractions & points of interest DINE + DRINK: The hotel’s signature restaurant serves fine Mediterranean cuisine and functions as the breakfast place too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 504, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from the nice balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout. They also have a rooftop swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home, and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to GEORGE at the front desk for a warm welcome experience and for enhancing our stay HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Medium-sized Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Aveva una stanza di pavimento, quindi immagina che gli altri sono ancora meglio. Non ci sono denunce con esso. Buon viaggio, solo maschio. 5 minuti a piedi al massimo a Lazarus, in una posizione così brillante.

Ottimo albergo sul mare. Non tutte le camere sono dotate di balcone, frigorifero, asciugacapelli, bollitore. L'hotel non è ancora fatiscente. Fresco e piacevole. È molto comodo prendere l'autobus 425 dall'aeroporto di Larnaca. Il prezzo di questo viaggio è di 1,50 euro. È meglio avere una camera con vista mare, perché d'altra parte tutte le camere si affacciano sulla strada. Svantaggio: C'è una stanza direttamente sopra il ristorante. Sappiamo che per questo motivo la cucina apre la finestra durante la cottura. Pertanto, la stanza odora e non ha odore, cioè la cucina odora. È molto difficile chiudere la porta del balcone, altrimenti aumenterà l'odore della cucina nella stanza. Chiedere stanze il più lontano possibile dalla cucina. Siamo obsoleti a marzo (2020). Fanno colazione e cena. La colazione è buona, ma la cena è alla carta, bisogna scegliere un piatto dal menu. Questi sono principalmente fast food. Forse anche la cena e la colazione stagionali sono a buffet. Non conosco la designazione.

Non riesco a dire cosa non mi è piaciuto perché ogni cosa è stata perfetta. Ci hanno accolti e coccolati per tutto il soggiorno. Una menzione speciale per la signora al Desk gentilissima che ci ha consigliato molte attività da fare anche diverse nel loro genere (mare e montagna). Check-in comodissimo e possibilità di richiedere oggetti non presenti nella stanza come asciugacapelli e prese di corrente. Le pulizie sono state perfette, le gentili signore ogni giorno mi facevano trovare il pigiama piegato in maniera simpatica, una cosa davvero molto dolce. Sono stata 10 giorni e al termine della vacanza ero davvero triste perché ci hanno fatti sentire come in una famiglia.

We stayed in the suite room, it was great, big and clean. We came to the hotel at 10 am and the room wasn't ready so we could keep our luggage in the luggage room. We came back again around 4 pm to check in and we got one card for the room although there were two of us. The staff was kind to give us an adapter, but when we asked for coffee capsules (which weren't at all) the guy came to our room with a coffee machine, and we showed him what we meant, then he came again and gave us milk capsules. We felt uncomfortable so we didn't ask again. The breakfast was fine, although some things were dry and not as good as we thought. We didn't use the pool because of the weather but it was small. We loved that the hotel is saving electricity. The hotel also has a connected kiosk that sells Sim cards and other essentials. The hotel is located in a central area and is safe at night. Overall we had a great time.

Igiene: il bagno della stanza è bloccato, l'acqua non è pulita in tempo, l'armatura è molto sporca, molte acque sono acquatiche, e la superficie del punto di raffreddamento in acciaio inossidabile è grande. Impianti: le strutture fitness sono buone e la piscina è perfetta, ma non possono essere fornite ai viaggiatori, in particolare agli asiatici, per caricare il carico di conversione.Non dovrebbe essere un hotel stellare.
