Hotel in zona ATHIENITES DEPARTMENT STORES, Larnaca

Sono stato molto felice di rimanere lì. Non posso dire una parola cattiva circa l'hotel. Molto bel personale, bel posto, bella piscina, buoni prezzi al bar per il rinfrescamento, accogliente area esterna per mangiare. Se qualcuno come me ama i gatti, sarebbe un hotel perfetto per loro, perché ci sono gatti di strada che si curano localmente vicino in una zona verde, che mantiene i ratti e i bug lontani.

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

A charming and elegant hotel that feels like a haven of tranquility nestled amidst the vibrant heart of Larnaca. The stylish retreat seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of Cypriot flair. The room exuded sophistication and comfort and came with plush bedding, luxurious bathrooms, and nice views of the city from the private balcony. We loved the Lounge access (as we stayed in an EXECUTIVE room) that treated us to snacks and beverages throughout the day. LOCATION: located in the heart of the city center and walkable from all key attractions & points of interest DINE + DRINK: The hotel’s signature restaurant serves fine Mediterranean cuisine and functions as the breakfast place too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 504, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from the nice balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout. They also have a rooftop swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home, and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to GEORGE at the front desk for a warm welcome experience and for enhancing our stay HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Medium-sized Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Sono stato qui 6 notti con mia moglie. Un grande posto per rilassarsi. Bella spiaggia (con un grande modo di prenotare sedie da spiaggia!), piscina e in generale l'hotel è 5-star. Tuttavia, ciò che rende un grande hotel, a mio parere, è il personale. Erano super! Patricia era una persona meravigliosa e più utile, Marios era un duro lavoratore, come ho mai visto come cuoco/campione, e il Ass' Manager, Antos, era un vero gentiluomo. Potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso la notte se la vostra stanza si trova davanti all'hotel vicino alla porta che a volte ama suonare musica alta, così come per una stanza a basso numero che si trova davanti al Nord-Est.

Sono già membro di Accor, ho prenotato il Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort. Le mie aspettative sono state ben superate. L'hotel è stato aperto di recente e tutto è completamente nuovo e pulito! Il personale è molto sforzato, amichevole e competente. Per citare Denis è alla reception, super amichevole e professionale. In cucina Valentina è un sogno! Inoltre, vorrei menzionare il cameriere con i capelli più lunghi e oscuri - amichevole, sempre aperto per una conversazione. In tutto il personale è top! La posizione dell'hotel è a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Larnaca. È situato direttamente sulla spiaggia con una bella struttura polacca. Avevamo camere 404, molto moderne e di dimensioni una camera standard normale. abbiamo mangiato 3 volte in hotel per la sera - era eccellente e molto delizioso. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti e caffè intorno all'hotel. Un supermercato è a 2 minuti dall'hotel. Posso consigliare l'hotel e sarò sicuro di tornare in estate. 10 punti su 10 - così fa una vacanza divertente.

Absolutely , wonderful hotel With wonderful staff who are on hand to help you day and night it’s no trouble to them at all. They’re very polite and very courteous. Food is amazing. The bar area is amazing. The only thing I would say is a couple of the staff in the restaurant near the spa were a little rude to me and my husband when we called her over to our table, other than that the best hotel I would recommend to anyone and everyone I loved it. I never wanted to leave or leave the island either.

Bella ricezione. Benvenuto, infrastruttura pulita e ben mantenuta, camera impeccabile, letto super comodo. Internet ultra veloce. Solo dettaglio, nessun piscina o spa come lavoro è in corso (ma questo è temporaneo). Raccomando davvero

Igiene: il bagno della stanza è bloccato, l'acqua non è pulita in tempo, l'armatura è molto sporca, molte acque sono acquatiche, e la superficie del punto di raffreddamento in acciaio inossidabile è grande. Impianti: le strutture fitness sono buone e la piscina è perfetta, ma non possono essere fornite ai viaggiatori, in particolare agli asiatici, per caricare il carico di conversione.Non dovrebbe essere un hotel stellare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Cipro. Ha sicuramente alcuni pregi: il fatto di essere a pochissima distanza dalla Chiesa di San Lazzaro, dal castello di Larnaka, dal Lungomare. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, qualcuna con un balconcino, sufficientemente pulite; discreto anche il bagno (peccato che ci sia la vasca da bagno e non la doccia). Nel nostro pacchetto erano previste sia la cena che la colazione: per quanto riguarda la cena, dopo la prima sera in cui non siamo stati affatto soddisfatti, abbiamo optato per cenare nei ristoranti che offre la città; discreta la colazione, sia per la parte dolce che quella salata. Il giudizio complessivo è abbastanza neutro.

Sono stato in questo hotel per 10 giorni e dal primo momento che ho fatto il check in lo staff si è dimostrato nei miei confronti sempre cordiale ed ospitale, dandomi sempre indicazioni corrette e precise sono arrivato di sera verso le ore 20 pm.avevo già la documentazione pronta mi hanno messo subito a mio agio salendo ho trovato una camera bellissima spaziosa e accogliente con un bellissimo bagno, cassa forte, un armadio spazioso tutto l'arredamento nuovo smart tv un letto grande,frigo in camera e un terrazzo con vista bellissima appena sistemato sono sceso chiesto subito una vettura a noleggio e il giorno seguente in mattinata mi hanno subito messo in contatto con la società che se ne occupa tra con prezzi abbordabili, la colazione al mattino a mio modo di vedere non mancava nulla c'era dal dolce al salato caffè frutta secca miele yogurt locale buonissimo di più gusti fette biscottate calde integrali o normali ( ovviamente secondo i miei gusti non mancava nulla) peccato la clientela era prevalentemente inglese ritengo di essere stato l'unico italiano in quei giorni.. beh poco male per questo. Poi tramite lo staff dell'hotel mi sono messo in contatto per fare anche un bel viaggio organizzato a Famagosta cioè al confine turco anche qui ritengo definre un servizio eccellente preciso e abbordabile nel costo ogni giorno della settimana se avessi voluto potevo fare una gita . Ma io ho preferito prevalentemente girare tutta l'isola da solo. Purtroppo questo hotel è un attimo fuori mano per le belle spiagge di aya Napa ma come ritengono altri che ci sono stati prima di me in un posto strategico vicinissimo all'autostrada. Il centro di Larnaca è a circa 6 km di sera ci andavo spesso città molto bella tra l'altro nelle serate che c'ero io c'erano delle feste locali molto belle . Nel complesso io consiglio a tutti gli italiani questo hotel e spero tanto di tornarci un giorno sono stato molto bene.
