This is a beautiful three bedroom two bathroom home with easy access to the Pinellas Trail and an awesome park right across the street. We have it stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. The living space in this home will make it very comfortable for six people. This house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is less than 4 miles to the best beaches Florida has to offer. We are a local host so if any comes we have a superfast response time.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Up to 45lbs.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and getting trash out.Guests are responsible for loading and running the dishwasher before leaving or washing the dishes,Please no pets on furniture or in beds.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Outside only.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Enjoyed Our Stay.. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and clean and the layout of the home worked well for our group. We loved the screened in porch, grill and the sliding window connecting the kitchen to the porch (it was fun serving food through the window). The location was nice, right across from the park and close to the beaches, and the many things to do in and around Clearwater. With family near by we frequent this area often and would consider staying here again if it is available. The owners were easy to get a hold of and addressed a small issues we had during our stay.

Clean and well furnished We loved staying at this home. It is well and thoughtfully furnished. We didn't need much of anything. The location was good as well.

Lovely home and location!! We had great stay right across the steet from a disc golf park and also great for walking around the water to see gators and many birds!! The house nice and clean and had all we needed. Owners responses right away when we had questions and very friendly. We definitely would stay here again!!
