服務還可以的，早餐服務很好，Fiona 態度好，很友善，房間清潔還好，不過浴簾有點味道，每一間的酒店不一，此家總體來說還是可以的，特別喜歡早餐的廚師Fiona 。下次會再訂此家酒店。

Absolutely awful, please take time to find somewhere else and don't waste your money. We were in a desperate situation at 11.30pm and frantic for some where unplanned to stay with this being the only place we could get on very short notice. We needed 3 nights unexpectedly and thought it wouldn't be too bad with it being a well known brand. Oh my God, how wrong we were! The place needs levelling and rebuilding but in the meantime some basic cleaning would help. The room is awful, not just dated and in desperate need of a full make over but basic house keeping and cleaning on a day to day basis which it clearly doesn't get now. It's shocking they think this standard is acceptable.

Not good if your wheelchair bound as bath and bed were awful plus standard in general of decor etc was terrible. The three members of the staff we encountered, receptionist and the two ladies doing the breakfast were excellent.

Family funeral so wanted to be close to Larbert. Hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfy. Would have preferred a shower rather to a bath as the bath was very high and I have a hip replacement. Didn’t think to ask when I booked. Something to remember in future. Restaurant next door was closed for food due to staff illness.

On arrival the hotel looked unkempt and the car park was full of litter weeds and large potholes They staff member was pleasant enough but the room was basic and without a chair sofa or fan Won’t be going back as worst one we have ever stayed in

The hotel is very tired looking and requires a full refurbishment. Showers I have to say were excellent. Disappointed about breakfast staff and attitude so we went to garden centre just behind hotel. A very good breakfast there.

Another fantastic stay here, spacious and clean room yet again , smooth and easy check in, location wise is fantastic to get to Stirling Edinburgh and Glasgow, breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and was greeted by the fantastic Martin.

We have stayed in a fair few Premier Inns, and most are reasonable and are what they are, but this one was booked by chance last minute. The room was clean and tidy, nicely laid out, had a nice view also, my wife is usually very pernickety with the cleanliness but even she hadnt a bad word to say The staff were very helpful especially the in duty manager that cleared a few questions up we had about the local surrounding area, i believe his name was Martin, im sorry if i got that wrong, very pleasant young man Overall we had a lovely time while we were inyour hotel

Having stayed here before. I had the pleasure of meeting Martin. Who was so helpful when I had a car issue (advised me of a garage locally) the team are very friendly. The hotel is clean. Can't ask for much more. This is why I will continue to use this establishment
