Hotel in zona Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu

The hotel is located close to all the major historical and cultural sights (cathedrals, museums, casas, port - it'll take you 20 minutes maximum to get anywhere you want on foot). There are two 7-Eleven shops and a couple of malls with huge supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers breakfast as advertised, but also lunch and dinner. I didn't book it during my stay, though, because the variety wasn't particularly striking to my taste. The room is OK: quite spacious and not too dark. The cleaning service functions daily. They don't offer any water or toothbrushes/toothpaste. The AC is pretty old and loud, but it is often the case in cities other than Manila (judging from my experience). Personally, I didn't have any problems during my stay there.

Very well maintained room. Appreciated the complimentary snacks. Haven’t tried any amenities as we go to work and just rest after. The buffet and cocktails were so good, I thought I gained after our 5 days stay.

We loved this hotel. Attached to malls downstairs made it convenient as well as their free multiple daily shuttle to Cebu’s Ayala Malls and soon to make available daily free shuttle to the airport would make this hotel a stand out. Now let’s talk about their pools, hotel view and breakfast. Breathtaking!!!! Pool staff were great on both pool location (4th and 5th floor). Buffet breakfast has all that you can ask for. The view from room to pool, to gym to main restaurant are spectacular! You will have a view of the ocean, the city lights, the bridge and the mountains. Just an amazing location. Staff were super helpful all the way down to finding the right mode of transport when we checked out. This hotel will now be our go to accommodation preference for Cebu.

Booked this hotel for the nth time already. If you're travelling for an event, they have an iron and iron board in the hotel ready for use. There is an ATM machine just beside the lobby and also 7/11. What more can you say? So close to the Radisson Blu, SM City Cebu, and the MyBus terminal is just in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is so good, too. Definitely recommended!

La stanza che abbiamo trovato era una stanza a chiave con vetro chiaro, che permetteva alle persone dall’esterno dell’edificio di vedere all’interno completamente durante la serata, il che potrebbe portare a una mancanza di privacy, ma la stanza è dotata di una cassaforte per le proprie proprietà. Il personale di accoglienza e la custodia erano amichevole e molto utile, che era un'accentuazione che ha reso il nostro soggiorno caldo e confortevole. Tuttavia, il servizio di colazione ha bisogno di miglioramento. La preparazione dei piatti a un tempo ha causato un buco durante le ore di picco. Abbiamo aspettato il colazione per oltre 45 minuti e, in ultima analisi, non abbiamo potuto mangiare perché il cibo non era ancora pronto. Se l'hotel potesse affrontare questo problema, sarebbe sicuramente un luogo attraente per tornare. La posizione è conveniente, vicino a un centro commerciale, negozi e ristoranti. Anche se la strada può essere buia tardi di notte, si è sentita sicura e non pericolosa. L'hotel ha vantaggi in servizio e posizione, ma il servizio per colazione dovrebbe essere migliorato per migliorare il soggiorno.

Mentre si trova vicino alla comodità di SM Cebu, gran parte dei servizi dell'hotel è qualcosa che non vede l'ora. La piscina non era pulita. Alcune sezioni della piscina erano inaccessibili. Il business center era accessibile solo per alcuni piani. Scommetto che la maggior parte erano delle suite di business class. Anche i tuoi ospiti plebei non hanno affari? La stampa è stata molto sovraccarica (@50php/pagina). L'unica grazia salvifica è stata probabilmente la palestra. Era spaziosa con attrezzature sufficienti e c'era una macchina Smith. Non vedevo l'ora di cenare al Feria ma era chiuso e mi è stato detto che è aperto solo in determinati giorni probabilmente a causa delle restrizioni di Covid. Considerando che le attività di ospitalità si stanno aprendo, mi chiedo come andrebbe questo rispetto agli hotel che offrono pasti a buffet. La colazione era gloriosa però! Le camere erano pulite. Sebbene la fornitura di articoli da toeletta sia in termini di qualità che di quantità sia piuttosto scadente con gli hotel nella loro gamma. Il servizio era ok. Niente di entusiasmante. Sul tipo di servizio che dovrei aspettarmi dalla fascia di prezzo che offre.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is perfect for business travelers like myself. It's strategically situated in the heart of Cebu, making it easily accessible to major business hubs and attractions. Grab is also easier to book. The room is clean, and well-maintained. Although it’s smaller on the actual than the photos, still I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Also, the breakfast here is appetizing. It is really good! Lot of choices! Overall, I highly recommend Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Cebu. I'll definitely be back!

Location is very accessible, within the heart of cebu. Buffet breakfast is good with decent options only catch is that you have to pay for children to dine. Pool was also under renovation during our 2days stay and we are not informed. Otherwise still a decent place to stay. Rooms are ok too.

Did not feel welcome at all, someone searched my bags prior entering the hotel, check in made me feel unwelcome as well, a big smile but asking for deposit and bombarding me with a ton of rules, room was noisy and not clean, lots of dust, even some potato chips on the furniture... Location is good though and there is a ******, but that's it, overpriced.

Molto vicino al centro commerciale E un sacco di ristoranti nelle vicinanze Le lenzuola sono pulite Non mi piace il bagno, sembra vecchio. Ho comprato del pesce essiccato e l'ho messo in una scatola, ma non mi hanno permesso di lasciarlo al concierge, invece lo lasciano fuori dall'hotel.
