Hotel in zona Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata eccezionale dall'inizio al termine. Il processo di check-in è stato senza saldatura, e la squadra di front desk è stata calda, attenta e piena di consigli utili. La stanza era spaziosa, moderna e impecabilmente pulita, con un letto confortevole e un’atmosfera tranquilla che rendeva facile rilassare dopo un giorno di esplorazione. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose, dal frutto fresco e yogurt ai piatti caldi, tutti serviti in un spazio luminoso e invitante. La posizione era eccellente, vicina alle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e collegamenti di trasporto convenienti. Il valore per il prezzo era eccellente, e il livello di servizio ci faceva sentire veramente curati. Ci sarebbe stato piacevole rimanere qui di nuovo per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Excellent service right from check in. Received a surprise upgrade due to Trip’s status. Room service was prompt. Hotel conveniently connected to SM Mall with everything one could wish for. Late check out was provided when requested as well. Excellent service and accommodation overall.

the place was amazing, it was near my where I’m supposed to go, near malls and along the highway. Perfect if your on a budget, and solo traveller, but few notes, maybe just me but I’d appreciate more efficiency from the staff specially front desk, they will give you what you need it may take time and had to go back down few times to get what I need, also building wise, if you don’t want to add a phone in every single room maybe just add one near the elevator that is connected to the lobby so that when we have to follow up we don’t have to go back few times just for towels or bedsheet change request, especially if your tired and just want a good rest. Overall my stay was good and would definitely stay here again☺️ srry bout the photo, had to ss from a vid

We had a fantastic stay at Summit Galleria Cebu! We booked two connecting rooms, one with a king bed for us and another with two beds for our kids and it was the perfect setup for a family trip. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and directly connected to the mall, which made everything super convenient. Whether we needed a quick meal, shopping, or just entertainment for the kids, it was all right there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the bellmen were quick, helpful, and always attentive. Their service really stood out during our stay. One minor downside: when the café closes and you're coming back from the mall, you have to walk around to get back in. But on our last night, we saw the café crew still inside after closing, and they kindly let us in when we knocked and that gesture made a great impression. Breakfast was another highlight it was delicious and included in the stay! The sikwate (local hot chocolate) was rich and flavorful one of the best I’ve had. Overall, our experience was wonderful and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially families. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We had our best stay in Cebu, thanks to Holiday Inn, we had the perfect buffet breakfast to start the day and free coffee in the afternoon. Very nice view also of the Business Park at night, and very hospitable staff! We will surely come back!

Era più pulito e meglio di quanto pensassi!!

The staff is great from doorman, check-in to breakfast/restaurant. Very friendly and warm. They treat you with sincere respect. The rooms are very clean with amenities and towles never missing. For breakfast, they offer a wide range of food and variety. I didn't get tired even after 4 breakfasts. Location is awesome, too. Basically attached to the mall, every kind of food (Jollibee to yakiniku and high-end pancake place) is within 3-5 minute walking distance. Sugbo Mercado is 3 minutes away on foot. Simply the best in the area.
