The room was was huge just for me and my younger sister.no available walking flipflops.but the over all room was great.your evry penny never go to waste.The staff are all accomodating.Theres a breakfast option like a checklist whenever theres a few people staying at hotel..Just one time we had an early tour and were worried that we cant avail the inclusion,they didnt tell us but to my surprise they gave us a pack lunch before we go..in that way you can really tell thay they worth every star you gave them😊😊😊😊.Kudos to all the staff specially kuya manong cleaning at the pool who always greet us a warm welcome..

E' bello per i giapponesi avere un'oca.
Ho dovuto stampare i documenti con urgenza, quindi sono andato in un negozio di stampa vicino, ma quando mi sono arreso per troppo soffocamento, ho stampato gratis alla ricetta dell'hotel, che è molto utile.
Ma perché è vicino alla strada, la strada vicina è molto piena di gente di mattina e di notte.
Il taxi è al centro commerciale di Gesano al di là del ponte di calcio, quindi puoi prendere un taxi lì.

Questo posto è favoloso. Il personale è di alta qualità, molto amichevole e utile. Alcuni dei migliori cibi che abbia mai avuto nelle Filippine. Bel posto per rilassarsi e godere di una tazza di caffè o la tua bevanda preferita. Piscina pulita con sede intorno. Biblioteca con un sacco di materiale da leggere. Grande tetto e fan in piedi per tenervi freddo nella stanza del giardino mentre mangi o seduto al bar. Facile per ottenere un giro di grattatura all'aeroporto o nei negozi.
Aspetto il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Bellissimo resort. Ci per il matrimonio. La mia stanza era spaziale e pulita. La TV e il WiFi funzionavano. La mia preoccupazione come senior era la mancanza di bar di sicurezza nella camera da bagno. Le scale alla spiaggia e da quella spiaggia erano una sfida. Più rampe aiuterebbero. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La colazione era ben fatta, il luogo di nozze era luminoso e decorato con fiori e vestiti. Buona permanenza.

Its nice to stay the matress and blanket its looks dirty not washed we use the pool during that night they enjoyed it but the pool is not availble during monday because it is their clening day of the pool the beach is good clean and nice white sand but you need to walk it just in 10-15mins or ride if you have your car you can park you can enjoy your day with the nice beach.
You can cooked and bring your own food beacuse it is a condotel we will stay again soon

L'intero personale era molto bello e accogliente. Mi hanno voluto soddisfare le esigenze non appena sono arrivato all'ostello. Il posto era molto pulito e pulito. Esteticamente piacevole agli occhi. La doccia e il bagno erano eccellenti. Il doccia calda era molto necessario dopo un lungo volo e hanno laggiù. Il posto è molto accessibile e è solo un 5-minute di guida dall'aeroporto di Mactan e nessun traffico nella zona.

We stayed for one night after a late flight into Cebu airport. The reception is actually for another accommodation provider called Clockwork Orange. The Spacepods are housed in a seperate building which appears to be largely unoccupied, but once you're in the room it's okay. The pods themselves are modern and there are singles and doubles unlike previous capsule hotels we've stayed in. While we were there, there was a power outage and we took a little while to find the manual door opener, so we were locked in the pods for a short time which was a bit claustrophobic. We were the only guests for the whole pod area which was a good thing as I can't imagine how cramped the common areas would be if it was busy. There's a small locker room to put your stuff but the lockers were too small for our suitcases. The shower area is small, with two toilets, two showers and four sinks. One of the showers blocked. Overall, a cheap place to stay for one night and I would stay again.

UUtente ospiteCrimson Mactan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast spread was incredible, props to the head chef who made sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is of quality. We chose Crimson as our wedding venue and while it rained during our reception, the whole team was quick to respond to transfer everyone to the ballroom to keep the party going! They were also generous enough to hold a foam pool party for us the day after the wedding. The premises were clean and beautiful, rooms are cozy... we have no regrets with holding the best day of our lives at Crimson Mactan!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto il piacere di mangiare al Belmont Cafe, è stata un'esperienza eccezionale e il servizio è stato secondario a nessuno. Da l'ingresso di benvenuto alla qualità dei cibi e all'attenzione che abbiamo ricevuto, tutto il tempo è stato incredibile. Abbiamo avuto quattro pizza di formaggio, lumpia fresca, Laing e altri oggetti. Il cibo era oltre delizioso e non si può aspettare di gustare più piatti in futuro. Vogliamo dare un riconoscimento speciale al capo Ri, ci ha controllato per assicurarsi che ci sia stato divertito il cibo, una cosa rara e molto apprezzato. Riconoscimento speciale, così come al nostro server Michael, è andato sopra e oltre per rendere la nostra visita memorabile e è stato uno dei più attenti che abbia mai visto, ha fornito la più alta qualità di servizio e altri in futuro avranno un tempo difficile corrispondente a lui Grazie per tutto quello che hai fatto per fare la nostra cena che non dimentichiamo.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto qui due volte nell'aprile e nel maggio 2023 e sono stato costantemente impressionato con il personale e la proprietà. La camera deluxe ha una vista magnifica, era grande, pulita, moderna e molto confortevole intorno. E il servizio da tavola è stato eccellente, vogliamo un servizio molto attento, e mi sorprendeva anche la qualità e la selezione di bevande e pasticcerie al Café, anche puntata da un servizio eccellente. La struttura dispone di 3 grandi piscine, una piccola spiaggia privata, un centro fitness e un picnic. L'aeroporto di Mactan è situato a circa 30 minuti da un'area isolata. Getting here was through local neighborhood and inconvenient from other restaurants & services so you’re quite much will be staying on the property unless you want to go out for a long journey. Ho pagato 650 pesos per un giro di Grab circa il mezzogiorno dal parco IT a Reef. Ho visitato molti hotel a 5 stelle occidentali stile nei paesi degli Stati Uniti, Europa & Asia e Reef con un buon confronto, soprattutto se si può prenotare una stanza scontata per meno di $150 USD. In generale, consiglio molto l'hotel Reef Island Resort e ritornerò quando sarò nella zona. Certamente un buon valore per i soldi e un ottimo personale.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived at 1:30 pm at the front desk of the hotel with my American friends. I booked all the hotel rooms, all paid sometime in Oct. ‘24. The front desk told us we had No rooms . I asked why? I dhowed them the confirmation, your e mail to me…all proof. They told me No payment from you was received by the hotel. I said why would that happened? They said they do not know. And told us flatly that they cannot contact you , the responsibility of contacting ang solving our problem is on me. I said, be reasonable. Trip.com whatever it is , is your partner in this. I cannot be the victim of whatevrr stupidity that happened. I m paid thats all. Its good a young man intervened and helped solve the problem. I was so furious i would like to kick the desk.
Sfter a long stand off, finally it was found out that you did not make any payment to JPark.
A company like yours, which does not pay, and hotel like JPark which i feel only think of their interest , the result is a victim like me, innocent yet delayed for hours in our use of the hotel room we paid for in advance. I almost turned violent because of what you did. My American and filipino friends could not believe what they are witnessing and experiencing. They can observe my frustration and embarrassment. Finally at a few minutes before 4:00 pm , we got our room. I will never deal with Trip. Com again and will not visit JPark again.

Contro:
1. La camera puzzava di umido e muffa
2. I bagni sono MOLTO piccoli. Non c'è una porta di vetro che li separi. Usano una tenda.
3. Ciabatte e acqua dovevano essere richieste.
4. Il check-in è durato 4 ore. Sì. 4 ore. A quanto pare la camera non era pronta. Siamo arrivati alle 12 e abbiamo fatto il check-in solo dopo le 16.
5. La colazione è deludente. Meglio optare per una camera senza colazione e mangiare fuori dall'hotel perché c'è molta scelta.
6. Il cibo è davvero pessimo. Soprattutto il cibo indiano e un po' occidentale. Abbiamo ordinato del cibo seduti a bordo piscina. Il vindaloo di montone era come uno stufato denso con un pizzico di piccantezza. NON ORDINARE CIBO IN HOTEL.
Fai una passeggiata fuori dall'hotel, ci sono pochi posti dove mangiare e prendere un caffè, incluso Starbucks.

UUtente ospiteWhat an underwhelming experience staying at Movenpick Mactan. I had two reasons for booking at Movenpick after reviewing their website. I am a member of the loyalty program that Movenpick is associated. It wasn't until after I booked that I found out that the ACCOR Live Limitless loyalty program did not apply to this particular Movenpick hotel.
My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays as well as wedding anniversary so when I saw the Ibiza facility on the website we were excited that this would be a celebration/vacation to remember. We soon found out after arrival that the Ibiza precinct had been damaged in a typhoon 3 YEARS AGO (2021) and had not reopened. I questioned an executive about the possible misleading information on the website and was told that it takes about 1 year to remove it from the website (really????) and another year to have it uploaded again so it was left there offering an experience that wasn't there.
The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff at all outlets were friendly helpful and very courteous.
The same cannot be said of the snacks (spring rolls) near the pool that were served overcooked. The club sandwiches were delicious.
Our anniversary dinner Crispy Pata and Pochero were bland and not up to what we would expect from a five star hotel kitchen.
It was an underwhelming experience.
If you want filipino food then walk to the entrance and diagonally opposite is the Morning Glory restaurant which we visited and enjoyed a delicious array of filipino cuisine.

UUtente ospiteA Cebu abbiamo avuto un lungo passaggio, passando da voli internazionali a voli interni. Ho trovato AOSMEC Square Hotel sulla mappa dell'isola e il prezzo era molto economico. Invece di una lunga notte di rottura all'aeroporto, ho deciso di ottenere una stanza. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza 3 o più mesi prima e quando siamo arrivati all'2AM il consigliere di ufficio era sveglio, ma non aveva alcun record della prenotazione, perché era una terza festa che l'ha gestita. Ci ha dato una stanza comunque e ha chiesto un deposito di 200 peso per i danni. Tutto quello che avevo era un conto di 1000 pesos, così l'ha preso perché non aveva cambiato. Lo lascio anche con i miei numeri di conferma di prenotazione e quella roba. La mattina mia moglie e io avevo un fantastico colazione per circa 300 pesos nel caffè. La gente dell'hotel era molto felice quando gli abbiamo detto che volevamo solo 500 pesos del deposito. L'altra metà copriva il nostro colazione e un colpo. Era una piccola stanza, ma l'AC funzionava bene e così faceva il piombo. Ho avuto un bel sonno e una doccia, anche se era freddo.Nessuna delle camere ha acqua calda, ma per 12 dollari a notte ero perfettamente felice con esso. Ho notato molti scooter all'interno del complesso dell'hotel e penso che li affittano. E'anche molto vicino alla spiaggia. Siamo solo interessati a un letto e a una doccia tra voli, ma qualcuno potrebbe piacere stare li' per qualche giorno, perché è così economico e la gente è così bello. Qualcosa che abbiamo imparato su Cebu, sempre ottenere un camion con un metro. Se il conducente vuole negoziare un prezzo senza il metro, digli che troverai un camion con un metro di lavoro. Non indossare gioielli e avere la cella fuori, anche quando i narcissisti tornano da quando Dutteurte è andato via dall'ufficio.

TTrek16107089405It was much better than expected. After booking I read a couple of reviews left here in trip advisor. I had wanted to cancel, but that was not an option. We decided to make the best of it since it was Mother's Day and my birthday. I lived through Odette. Had no MECO service for 3 months. I didn't see any signs of Odette damage. If it was there it wasn't glaring. The pools are well maintained. The beach was fine. The food isn't as bad as others have written though it is a little pricy if you're used to food prices in Cebu. The tourists mostly from Japan won't think the prices are high. I asked a Japanese couple why they had chosen this resort. They told me it was part of a tour package. Japanese love tour packages where everything is selected for them. I know. I lived there for 27 years. There is a cycle for their breakfasts. Ours was on a Monday so it was: Continental Filipino American. Funny thing.. corned beef is in the American breakfast. Oh sorry. No Canadian breakfasts. Haha. The rooms were fine. The ”air con” was strong and so was the hot water in the shower. No problem. OMG! There were a few ants. Hahaha. So what. It's the Philippines. They're everywhere. The staff was courteous and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The door latch in room 505 needs to be reversed. It comes right off when you open the door.

UUtente ospiteDON'T STAY HERE!!! The sea view, the beach front, and the nice staff are the best things about this property. The worst are their policies: I was told at the front desk when I checked in that a 1500 Php cash deposit is required. Nowhere in Agoda's website or any emails from the property said that. Right off the bat, you get the message that they expect the worst from their clients that's why they have these antagonistic policies including no outside food and beverage allowed. The first thing I saw when I came into the room was a list of charges for damages and stained linens. And guess what? Our bed sheet already had stains on it! They care more about getting the most money from their guests than providing a comfortable and enjoyable visit. They certainly need to put more effort on improving their facilities. There is no lift. It is inconvenient to drag heavy suitcases up and down the stairs even if it's only one floor above. Although the property description says it was renovated in 2022, it still looks old and run down: big, dark stain from puddle of standing water on our balcony, dark spots around the rim of the second pool, peeling paint. There is a restaurant on site, but most of the items on the menu are not available. No other restaurants nearby except at the Reef Island resort next door. It is far from shopping and other activities. You have to call a cab to get around Mactan and Cebu. The property is well guarded: security at the gate won't let cars drive up to the front door. Taxi has to drop off and pick up at the street curb. I definitely will not stay here again and warn others to book elsewhere.
