Credits to Andy and Hazel from the bar, Kigman from the restaurant, Nel and Robert the lifeguards, Rose from the spa. They have made my stay very much enjoyable in an otherwise not quite ready to open, disappointing sub-par Sheraton. The hotel was open in Sep 2022, NOT 2020 as provided by Trip.com. So it's too new and still needs time to run in.
I booked the so called courtyard view room but it's in fact the CONSTRUCTION site view room, which is only a fraction bit cheaper than the ocean view room. This is obviously a hotel management issue. I have stayed in many first tiered hotels with construction work going on, and they are upfront about it and provide discounts to the room. Many parts of the hotel are still under renovation of course.
There are two sensors right above the bed, flashing green and red at night. I couldn't sleep well with that.

太新還未起好不應該給住客入住因有裝修味道很多設施都沒有泳池很細食物只有一間餐廳選擇不多環境很好一望無際服務員殷勤服務這是值得一讚的,價格與設施不符合太貴，房內空間很細

시설만 깨끗하고 최악의 숙소네요. 샤워실은 수압이 너무 약해서 씻지도 못할정도이고 엔지니어가 수리를 하고 갔는데도 샤워기 수압이 말도 안되게 약하네요. 수영장은 얼마나 좁은지 다시는 재방문 의사 없습니다.

The experience in Sheraton is exceptional, facility were high-end and maintained well. Food and drinks here were very nice. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff deserves a high appreciation too, we were in good hands throughout our stay! Will definitely return!

The room condition was very good and all services were satisfactory. It was the best hotel I would definitely stay at the next time when I come to Cebu.

It was a good experience but I feel like there could be some improvements that could be made especially with the food that they serve in the buffet. Breakfast was good but dinner buffet was so average with limited choices. Location was also not good since there is nothing around the place. The staff were nice and friendly. The ocean view was stunning and is totally recommendable.
