Good hotel for your money. 24-hour reception. Very polite staff. In addition, opposite the hotel there are a lot of places to eat and shops to buy food.However, the hotel is located in a very noisy part of the road. The hotel itself has poor soundproofing of the windows and a very noisy air conditioner. For people with light sleep, this will be torture. Breakfasts are extremely mediocre, it is better to eat elsewhere. There is a good laundromat nearby.

We saw cockroaches roaming around but overall I think it was a good place.

I rented two additional bath towels for 200 pesos, and the cleaning fee for the slightly stained sheets from menstruation was 150 pesos. When I checked out early in the morning, the doorman was friendly enough to stop a taxi for me and even negotiate the fare for me.

A hotel which everyone can make comfortable and all Sebastian staff was friendly and nice. Recommended for all. There’s a Place like a Home , Sebastien Hotel is Home for everyone . Love it.

Can't fault this hotel, great location, great staff. My only criticism would be I would like a microwave in the room, but there's so many places to eat nearby I understand why they don't
