First time visit to this establishment The views are absolutely stunning, the sea is directly in front of the outdoor pool The room is large with a very comfatable bed , with shower facilities. Contentional breakfast is served, and I can honestly say that the choices and availability are extremely varied and very good. Staff are very helpful and on hand until 23.00hrs, also a special mention to Maria, the Domestic super women, she cleans the rooms everyday apart from Sunday,, does an absolutely fantastic job, would like to say a big thank you. The pool area is perfect with lots of sun loungers available. All in all I have no complaints about this accommodation

It really got off to a bad start when I arrived late at night and couldn't get in to the room assigned to me. I had to call the night manager to help me get in and when he tried and failed, he then got the master key. We both enter the room only to find two people already sleeping in the bed.... great! So, I was at least given a different room with a nice view, but everything in this hotel is old and not maintained. The air conditioning is covered in dust and looks like it's never been serviced. The shower walls aren't properly sealed so water just goes all over the bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom fan was extremely loud. And the WORST part was that there was practically no hot water available. It would last for about 30 seconds and then turned cold and after about 3 minutes, would just stop altogether. What is the F*ING point of having a shower! Then, two days into my stay, I was woken up in the morning by a knock on the door. I assumed it was the housekeeping so I politely responded to go away. The knocking continued and I opened the door only to find the hotel manager himself standing there. He promptly told me that I had to vacate the room as there were other guests coming who had requested an ocean view. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFOREHAND? So, I was then forced to move rooms down the hall within about an hour. The absolute worst part about this was that there was zero apology from the manager or any of the staff. No one ever explained why my room was occupied in the first place and there was no offer of a discount or some kind of recompense for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the breakfast on offer was very poor. One hot plate and some meagre toast and fruit... not satisfactory or filling. Please avoid this hotel. It sucks.

we stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. it was a great experience. the hotel has an indoor pool and is located right next to the sea. the host is exceptional, she helped us with everything we needed, including the beach umbrella and information about renting cars. I had a room with a sea view, it is cleaned daily, the room is spacious and equipped with everything you need, including a small kitchen. the view from the balcony was very beautiful. breakfast is varied and the host supplements all the time, even if you wake up later (10:00 am) you have something to eat. we had a rented car and we managed very easily, but I saw that there are bus stations nearby.

A small friendly apartment hotel with a pool and right on the beach. Our room had a balcony with sea view, kitchenette, A/C and shower suite. All clean. Excellent continental breakfast. Only drawback was access to the room via steep stairs. No restaurant but there are plenty nearby, though only one in walking distance (1/2 mile). Our welcome was warm and friendly. We’d be very happy to stay here again.

Ik verbleef 9 dagen in het hotel samen met mijn vriendin. We vlogen naar Chania en hadden daar een huurauto (best noodzakelijk) aangezien het hotel op ± 50min rijden van de luchthaven van Chania ligt. Door wat vertraging kwamen we redelijk laat aan maar desondanks het late uur werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen we een ruime uitleg. Onze kamer bevond zich op het eerste verdiep. Had een zéér ruim balkon waar je gemakkelijk van het prachtige uitzicht kon genieten. De kamer bestond uit een (eerder compacte) badkamer met douche en wc, klein keukentje, zalig bed, tv, airco en genoeg kastruimte om al je kledij in op te kunnen bergen. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend voor het grootste deel hetzelfde, een buffetvorm met veel fruit, Griekse yoghurt, gedroogd fruit, koffiekoekjes, kaas, vlees, groenten,... Maar ook wat Griekse specialiteiten! Zoals hapjes met spinazie en feta, driehoeken met kip en paprika, bladerdeeghapjes met feta kaas, ... Wij vonden het zeker uitgebreid genoeg! Een koffiemachine van Douwe Egberts, 2 soorten fruitsap, water, melk,... Wij huurden een auto dus gingen er zo goed als iedere dag op uit richting strandjes, "Lake Kournas" ( AANRADER!!), Chania stad, Rethimon, ... Dit is het enige waar ik wat moeite mee had, als je 's avonds bv. ergens wilt gaan eten dan zijn zonder huurauto de opties best beperkt. Maar voor de rest is de ligging net perfect, je ligt tussen 2 grotere steden, vlakbij het prachtige lake Kournas waar je gemakkelijk een dagje kan spenderen (snorkelen tussen de schildpadden, waterfiets huren, iets eten,...) + ik heb nog nooit een hotel gezien waar je van de ontbijttafel 5 stappen zet en in het zwembad kan springen ... Als je dan uit het zwembad stapt zet je nog eens 5 stappen en sta je op het privé strand... Zalig ! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en staat altijd paraat. We moesten uitchecken om 12u maar mochten nog blijven zo lang als nodig was aangezien we pas om 16u moesten vertrekken richting de luchthaven. Als je een hotel zoekt op Kreta, waar je goed tot rust wilt komen uit de drukte met vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers en een goed ontbijt dan is dit zeker het hotel waar je moet zijn! Verwacht geen grote hotelketen toestanden zoals al die all inclusive hotels maar verwacht een klein gezellig familiehotel! Van poetsvrouw tot receptionisten... Je ziet dat iedereen daar is om de gasten hun verblijf aangenaam te maken! Wij komen zéker terug ! CALIMERAAAA!

Bonne étape Accueil sympathique. Chambre grande très propre et confortable. Structure petite, très agréable et calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Un petit bémol, la route proche mais vous n’entendez pas le trafic si votre chambre se trouve côté mer. Sinon très bien
