The room wasn't what I'd expect from a resort. The fridge froze all of our food even after we adjusted it. The room was impossible to keep a decent temp. Either it was freezing or burning up. The bed was made half ass... stains all in the toilet. I'm sure some lime away would fix that we live in rural area with hard water and my toilet is pristine.... but it gives me the impression no one cares about the appearance or cleanliness of the hotel. Unless we were offered an upgrade for our next stay to see if that's worth it we won't be staying at blue chip again.

Excellent friendly staff and service. Clean, odor-free non smoking rooms. Newly renovated with new TV, microwave and fridge. New mattress (excellent) and clean high quality comfortable linens. Could have slept for a week in that bed! Very much appreciate the efforts to make an older property very current, comfortable and welcoming.
