I stayed at the Lapida Gardens for a week over Christmas on a walking holiday with Solos. There were 13 of us on our group and a few other guests on other days. The hotel itself is a little quirky and the family have a very large collection of antiques which are on display throughout the hotel. The gardens and pool area are lovely although as we were staying in December we did not use them much! My room was on the first floor with a balcony. It was a good size and the bed very comfy. The decoration is quite basic and the shower was functional. The restaurant and bar area was spacious and we had a large table our whole group good sit around. There was also a large log fire with sofas around it which we definitely needed in the evenings! Breakfast was buffet style with a selection of hot and cold dishes. These were tasty enough but could maybe have been a bit more variety on the hot dishes. We had dinner each evening which was tasty home cooked food. Again maybe a bit more variety as each dish was served with rice, potatoes, and salad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a small family run hotel so does not have the mod cons of a larger hotel, bit it does have friendly staff and bags of personality.

I definitely would not rate this place higher than 3 stars. The room is comfortable, and the few staff were helpful. The hotel is not near the beach, and it’s not safe to walk along the road. You need a car. There is one market not far from the hotel. There are several restaurants within a few kilometers. The hotel is like a museum. There are so many antiques and a lot of dust. The WiFi is very slow, and the water pressure is weak, especially if other people are taking showers. It wasn’t worth the price.

We had an extended stay at Lapida Gardens as we were travelling for 5 weeks. The staff made us feel very welcomed straight away and were very attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was included with our stay and had a full continental choice of food every morning which we enjoyed. The room was perfect for what we needed; it was comfortable, clean and was equipped with a mini fridge and balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. The location was great for local restaurants / bars and the price we paid was outstanding for the service we received during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely like to stay again in the future!

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful, quirky hotel. The pool is really nice and the garden is gorgeous. Views are fabulous too. Fethi, Marry, Hakan and their team are all really friendly and welcoming. It's a real haven from everything and we really hope to return!

i will never never return this hotel is creepy bar man in garden was never ther waste of time u had to walk 2 miles nearest suoermarket they watch what u bring in hotel m caught 1 reception staff going in room next door when couple was out. u had long walk to get bus to see restaurt all bats flying over u head it was dreadfull the restaurant was quite good way the only good thing food was good in restaurants the hotel it self was dreadfull food please be carefull if u go its not all it says

The feeling of “returning home” with the owners, Manager Hakan and staff greeting and welcoming us as family. Again I highly recommend Lapida Hotel anytime of the year, but do no miss out on New Year’s Eve parties for the future as food is by the plenty, highly excellent too, live music and memorable.

Booking aracılığı ile bu oteli buldum.Girne merkezde işim olduğundan otelin merkeze uzak kalmasına rağmen görsellerdeki manzara,odaların şirinliği ve otelin doğa ile iç içe olması beni ve ailemi buraya sürükledi.İşletme müdürü Hakan beyin misafirperverliği,güleryüzlü ve yardımsever olması ve çalışanların yaklaşımı çok hoşumuza gitti.Portakal,mandalina,limon ağaçları ile çevrili bu şirin otelde Umarım tekrar Kıbrıs a geldiğimde konaklarım.Otel yönetimine çok teşekkür ederim..

Lapida Hotel is friendly and welcoming and is set in a beautiful garden in a quiet part of Lapta. It is set about half a mile inland from the sea and also has views of the spectacular Beşparamk range of mountains. The rooms are comfortable with efficient modern bathrooms. The public areas contain a fascinating collection of curios and antiques. In the garden there is a lovely swimming pool, bar and sun terraces. Our breakfasts included a selection of fresh fruits from the hotel garden. We can't wait to return
