Terrible hotel, disgusting food, poisoned twice in two weeks. The committee is rude. In general, the hotel is HORRIBLE. If you come here, then specify the time when there will be breakfast, lunch and dinner, here you may not be told about it right away.

Lovely family-fun hotel near Kyrenia but away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh and tasty. There’s a gorgeous pool to spend your time relaxing by. This is the perfect base from which to explore the island—Cypriot hospitality at its best!

This is a beautiful place, nestled between the mountains and the sea. The food is good; the staff is friendly; the atmosphere is relaxed and calm. I highly recommend the place to families and couples, and to anyone who wants to spend time in Cyprus away from the hustle and bustle of Kyrenia or Nicosia. The owners—Samiye, Bora, and Erkan—are professional and kind, and the staff (especially Henry) are patient, friendly, and prompt. This hotel has real character and charm, and I heartily recommend it to all.

Old pillows on the beds. Everything dusty. Noisy air conditioning. Floors not cleaned properly. No lift and handrail only on one side of the wide staircase. Food rather ordinary. Noisy dogs at night. Area dilapidated. They really need to up their game. On the one hand, credit for great views but a long way out of Kyrenia city in slow-moving busy traffic. Might be nice if you had good earplugs and wanted to paint scenic pictures or write your novel.

Arrived by taxi , and driver spent 5 minutes trying to find someone in the hotel , he left and we sat in reception for another 5 mins , after shouting someone arrived and gave us a key card , didn’t ask our names or anything . Room was awful and dirty , so we asked to be moved , next room was slightly better but bathroom was awful . Went down to look for a restaurant for that night , couldn’t find any , apparently any decent restaurants are a 5 minute drive away , packs of dogs roaming around the road outside the hotel . Found the “ sandy beach “ ! Covered in rubbish , plies of building rubbish around plus a lovely burnt out car . Beach is a very small storey cove . Had a meal at the hotel , two chicken skewers , pitta bread , and a salad . ! That was it . Breakfast was a coffee , cereal and a omelette. Checked out 20 mins later , we were the only guests in the hotel .

Pobyt w dniach 16.08-23.08.2022 z córką w hotelu Sempati. Hotel - o 4 rano po dojechaniu dostałyśmy pokój ale już z turystami tj. zajęty. Aby nas gdzieś upchnąć dano nam śmierdzący pokój w niby bungalowie ( umowa - pokój z widokiem na morze z balkonem), z rozwaloną toaletą a gdy otworzyło się drzwi to czasami lepiej jest na śmietniku. Jedzenie - czemu nie ma infomacji że nie ma co jeść , że brak jedzenia dla europejczyków (1/2 hotelu to Polacy). Jedzenie nieświeże na śniadanie codziennie fasolka w breii, parówki z psa i jaja. Obiady mięso przemielone z tego co zostało rano, przypalone czasami jakieś warzywo. No i oczywiście notoryczny brak kawy, mleka wody cukru brudne sztucce. Czemu nie ma informacji w Waszym opisie o chodzących kotach po stołach, leżakach, stołówce gdy jest jedzenie oraz że kuwetą kota jest doniczka z kwiatami. Ponadto brak informacji o cudownym sprzątaniu pokoi, przejechanie jednym mopem i tą samą wodą 2 pięter, a ręcznik na podłogę to ręcznik zużyty przeznaczony do prania a on był brany na podłogę. Pani rezydent Barbara " bardzo pomocna". Moja córka niestety potrzebowała pomocy medycznej nabawiła się bakterii, pomimo zachowania środków ostrożności, powiedziała że ona może tylko wezwać prywatnie lekarza i nie pojedzie z córką do szpitala tłumaczyć ( niestety nie każdy mówi w języku angielskim a tym bardzie tureckim). Najlepiej sprzedać tylko wycieczkę. Aby postawić córkę na nogi sama musiałam ponieść ogromne koszty. Czy widzieliście plażę skoro ją tak cudownie opisujecie: Zejście - brak Krystaliczna woda -brak leżaki -brak Plaża - wysypisko śmieci. Zapraszam Panią rezydent na plażę Camellot, może stąd był brany opis. I tutaj znów ponosimy koszty dojazdu na normalną plaże. Wiem, że to nie jest jedyne skarga z pobytu w którym ja byłam. W/g mnie nie jest to hotel 3 gwiazdki, nie zasługuje nawet na 2.
