The hotel charged me twice for one night stay and are now refusing to refund the money. The group it is part of have no contact number to discuss the problem only email that achieves absolutely nothing. I would be very careful of dealing with this hotel or for that matter any others in the Louvre group.

When booking, we said for medical reasons we requested two extra pillows, on arrival there was only 1 memory foam pillow (which are rubbish anyway), then we asked specifically for an extra pillow, our request fell on deaf ears so had no luck. If we knew they wouldn't supply extra pillows, we wouldn't have booked there. The next day I had such terrible neck pain.

Just no! Photos speak a thousand words so I will upload them, dirt, dust mould cobwebs and hair. Spoke to reception staff who were courteous but did nothing to help, told me to email the manager the next day. I did that and despite the obvious evidence of how disgusting the room was he was not bothered enough to do anything apart from mention it to the cleaning team. Don't go unless you've got a strong stomach. Went as a party of 3 famines, all were not great but ours was the worse. One friend even cleaned his own toilet before his wife would use it!

Just a tired hotel, air con didn’t work, TC channels did not tune in properly- very outdated room. However it was clean

Stayed for 1 night en route to south.we do alot of travelling so have seen alot of hotels.this was quite disappointing,really tired,bed was comfy and big,but the marks on the wall by head board were grimey...wish i hadnt looked under the loo seat either.... ,put me off eating at restaurant ajoined to it,so walked over roundabout to another eatery. But has ample parking,staff friendly, good location.I realise covid has had an impact on businesses but some standards have to remain.

Currently writing this review from the hotel room. Not impressed. Reserved two rooms on *********** some months ago because of the location and the price. The location of the hotel has remained unchanged but the price on arrival is different to that quoted and confirmed at time of booking. Not impressed. My room is functional as specified but it smells badly. Windows open, air conditioning on (sorry about the environment) and the smell is just about tolerable but far from acceptable. Not impressed. And finally, paid for breakfast at check in but after a lovely supper out in Laon and a quick glance at the Kyriad kitchens, requested a refund this evening for tomorrow’s breakfast. Apparently this is beyond the Kyriad billing system! No refund possible for tomorrow’s breakfast despite an energetic discussion. Not impressed.

Very good for a peaceful stopover travelling to Italy. 30 minute walk to beautiful medieval town with lovely restaurants perfect after a day in the car.

Awful, room stinks, no plug in sink, shower head leaks, kettle dirty member of staff didn't understand any English, only wine or beer available.after a 14 hrs journey to end up here is a disappointment
