UUtente ospiteMia, la ricetta dell'hotel, ha dato un servizio di lusso, ha adattato la stanza dello stesso piano per me e i miei amici e ha consegnato una bevanda al salone.La cena è nel ristorante di Lancha, al secondo piano dell'hotel. Il tempo di riposo vicino al ristorante ci offre ancora un servizio di bevanda delicato e un pranzo delicato e delizioso. Il modello della stanza è molto comodo e la qualità del trappolo mi impressiona.Il servizio di spedizione dell'hotel è molto puntuale e arriva all'aeroporto per 12 minuti.Il nuovo hotel corona mi offre un viaggio molto conveniente e Lanzhou mi lascia un buon ricordo.

TTong Travel & CoffeeAbbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno qui. L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dalla vecchia strada con tutti i suoi negozi e caffè alla moda. Ogni mattina uscivamo e ci ritrovavamo già nel mezzo dell'azione.
La colazione era buona, con un'ampia scelta. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci ha sempre accolto con un sorriso ed era felice di darci consigli.
La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole. La parte preferita dei nostri bambini era il piccolo parco giochi a soli 2 minuti a piedi, perfetto per bruciare energie.

MMlaomamituTrip.com raccomanda di integrare la prosperità di Lanzhou non appena arrivato a Lanzhou. L'hotel è un famoso mercato di notte e notte per il pubblico sottostante. Il cibo locale è molto conveniente. Per centinaia di metri di passo è il fiume giallo, lungo il fiume giallo, il famoso ponte di Zhongshan e il parco di White Mountain. E'molto lodevole che il nome ”amore per vivere pulito a Hanting” sia trasmesso senza alcuna ragione.

MM9723****房間很乾凈，1.3的床睡着很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離很合理，離蘭州火車站衹有2公里，打車十來分鐘就到了。洗衣服務很棒，半夜12點過還過來那我們的衣服去洗，因為前幾天遊玩積累的衣服比較多，服務員也耐心的幫忙。酒店還有游泳健身等服務，衹可惜沒機會去體驗。

UUtente ospiteVery pleasant hotel for a longer stay. Our studio suite was spacious, well equipped, had a stunning view (floor 42), and was very clean. Pool and gym were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not all staff speaks english, but with the help of translation apps, communication was no problem. Breakfast was versatile with Chinese as well as international dishes, well prepared and for a very reasonable prize. Buffet and a la carte dining was enjoyable as well. Unfortunately, in the lounge wine was offered only by bottle not by glas. The hotel is situated in the University area, with a nice park close-by and a subway station in walking distance.

UUtente ospiteThe staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.

The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
