Dopo aver mangiato più di dieci minuti a piedi, il ponte è il parco della torre bianca.La stanza dell'hotel è pulita e pulita e confortevole. UUtente ospiteNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Nice hotel if you look pass the querks.
Breakfast and laundry is a trudge to its sister hotel through an open corridor that channels and accelerate the wind. Think cold winter morning and night.
Metal door handles on the outside of the entrance.
Room access card for the lift automatically lights up multiple floors. Try this when you get a top floor room.
Just to mention a few.
Front desk is peculiar. Friendly BUT!
They are not very knowledgeable about local information.
They request repeatedly for direct booking for subsequent night stays BUT they will only match the best price you can find online. What about my loyalty points and promo coupons?
They also pester for perfect reviews and ratings. But they will only give generic responses, albeit politely. Very system generated barely matching current AI tech.

Specialmente il maestro del volo di notte, non solo ci ha ricevuti in tempo, ma ci ha portati anche in modo speciale per gustare la carne di bovino autentica locale e far sentire l'umorismo della gente. Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel è anche molto attento. Quando si occupa del soggiorno, si prepara intimamente il piatto di benvenuto e dà alla gente un senso di ritorno.Il colazione è anche pronto, può essere portato via senza ritardare l'aereo. La stanza è molto spaziosa e luminosa, pulita e pulita. Nessuna provocazione è possibile sia l'ambiente sanitario che la comodità.L'esperienza di soggiorno è molto piacevole e fortemente raccomandato!

8852 Serendipitous LifeVery happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well.
The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines.
This was my first time staying in a Hilton, this hotel has now set a bar for my hotel experience.

UUtente ospiteAmazing experience. The staff is really helpful and they gave me good tips what to do and eat in Lanzhou. They also spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They helped me to deliver a package without questions. It is close to a metro station and west railway station. Really good restaurants just around the corner. The common areas are really nice. LLvluoRHIl treno è arrivato molto tardi, il capo della macchina ha iniziato a chiamare e aspettato presto alla stazione di partenza. C'è anche la ragione per cui l'hotel è scelto.L'hotel è situato nell'edificio residenziale e ci sono molti ristoranti opzionali dall'altra parte del pranzo. Non molto lontano da via, c'è la metropolitana, la stazione di autobus, dalla stazione 1 del museo, molto conveniente.
