Really nice hotel within walking distance of Lanzhou Train Station and right next to a metro station too. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ended up extending and extra night as we had been travelling around quite a lot and the hotel was a nice place to catch up on some much needed rest. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!

非常好的酒店，西北自駕遊，從張掖殺過來，聯繫了幾個酒店都沒有三號晚上的親子房了，準備放棄的時候在攜程上聯繫了藍莓酒店，工作人員承諾可以升級親子房。到了前台蒲君坤立刻通知保潔迅速收拾出了十九樓的親子間，等待間隙還引導我們一家吃了下午茶，後來把我們送至房間，還送了小禮物給寶寶。剛開始以為是酒店金鑰匙，後來才知道是大唐的管理人員，藺工作吃苦耐勞，對待客户一絲不苟，把客户的情緒照顧的十分到位，不僅為酒店掙得了客源而且為客户掙得了全力，靈活通變處理問題，是不可多得的酒店管理人才。整個酒店所有的工作人員，樓層阿姨，保潔，都對小朋友十分友好。是非常優秀的親子酒店

極力推薦！這是我住過最貼心，最温暖。無線網需要搜尋房間號就可以連接WIFI很給力，酒店的設施都挺完善的，性價比超高，所以第二次入住了，樓下的停車場比較緊張，過來的時候有的時候會沒有車位，但是工作人員很貼心，會下樓帶去附近的停車場停車，還會指引路線，告知我們怎麼回到酒店，前台的服務很專業，還幫忙免費升級了房間，房間的窗户很大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。酒店沒有早餐，工作人員會介紹，哪裡有好吃的東西，周邊的吃的也比較多，位置也便利，交通十分方便，所以在入住期間感覺特別滿意，房間的電視很不錯，聲音蠻大的，熱水特別熱，提供了免費的飲品，還有泡腳木桶，加濕器，還會贈送當地的三炮台品嚐，味道是真的不錯，離店的時候也買了幾盒！前台的工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，有問題會第一時間回覆。給點100個贊吧

I had excellent experience with this hotel. Its staff is very kind and friendly. One staff member even helped us do the laundry and deliver the dried clothes to our room. I have never seen such service at any other hotels. If I revisit Lanzhou, I would choose this hotel again.

It‘s a super-clean hotel with modern (and I thought very tastefully designed) rooms overlooking the yellow river. There‘re no options to go out right at the hospital, but if you‘re willing to take a walk (or a short taxi-ride) you‘ll have lots of options. Train station 15 minutes by Didi in the morning.
Downside for international travellers: It‘s all in Chinese, even the light-scenarios cannot be identified easily, the staff didn‘t speak a word of English. It‘s made up for with friendliness and online-translators.

UUtente ospiteIl rapporto di prezzo è molto alto, in generale supera le aspettative, e cinque stelle sono lodati.Il bastone ha una piccola carenza, la pressione dell'acqua non è abbastanza a 9 a.m., forse per quel periodo più persone usano acqua, e può migliorare.
Impianti: anche se il setaccio è piccolo, il setaccio è completo.
Igiene: igiene pulita.
Ambiente: l'ambiente del negozio è buono, la posizione geografica è eccellente. È la strada del cibo, la strada dei piedi, il centro commerciale, anche vicino al ponte Zhongshan. Non c'è bisogno di viaggiare in metropolitana. È possibile condividere la bicicletta, super priva di pressioni.
Servizi: il servizio del personale è molto atteggiamento, il primo piano è con caffè gratuito e caffettiera.

PPorchiaRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere all'hotel Hilton, esso ha superato davvero tutte le aspettative in termini di servizio e servizi per i clienti. Da quando passeggiai attraverso la porta, mi sono salutato con un sorriso caldo e attento. Ciò che mi rendeva ancora più notevole è stato il fatto che mi hanno aggiornato graziosamente la stanza senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, fornendomi una vista incredibile e un senso di lusso. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state eccezionali, offrendo una varietà di servizi quali un centro fitness ben attrezzato, un spa rigioventù e una piscina incredibile, ma ciò che mi sembrava davvero è stata la musica in diretta che riempiva l'hotel. I musicisti talentuosi hanno creato un’atmosfera vibrante e inoltrabile, aggiungendo un’attrazione di fascino al mio soggiorno. In generale, il servizio eccezionale e le strutture eccezionali di questo hotel hanno reso la mia esperienza davvero inoltrabile.

SSandy KuanI originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

WWitidaThe hotel reception is on the second floor. There's a lift next to the door. The location is good for people who would travel with the train since the west railway station is around 10-15 mins on foot. The room was cosy and clean, suitable for short stay. There're some food stalls in the small street on the west of the hotel. The bus stop is also near. 24 hours front desk.

... questo è l'hotel per soggiornare soprattutto se siete un viaggiatore indipendente!
Anche prima di arrivare a Li, lei ha promesso di mandare una macchina per incontrarci all'arrivo a Langzhouxi. La stazione di metro Tumendun è proprio davanti all'hotel. Così è il bus fermo che serve autobus che correno verso diverse attrazioni Lanzhou.
Oltre alle ovvie vantaggi locali, la cosa che mi colpisce più è il caldo e l'ospitalità della famiglia che corre il posto. Tutti da padre, madre, due figli a DIL erano disposti ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda che potevamo avere. Non potevamo credere a quanto paziente erano in grado di fornire invalutabili insights a vantaggio del turista.
La stanza e il bagno erano mantenuti puliti, l'acqua calda e fredda erano facilmente disponibili, nonché una caldaia.
Siamo grati e vorremmo ringraziare l'intera famiglia per averci trattato come una famiglia durante il nostro breve soggiorno qui!
