Clean and modern. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Convenient to Xiguan metro stop and walkable to the Iron Bridge on the Yellow River.You enter through the parking lot and go to the 19th floor, which can be confusing the first time. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining room. Laundry,gym, even a library. Highly recommend.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk. There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel. The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

Nice place and good location. Comfortable bed and decent air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but check-in went about as smooth as it can in China.

房間很乾凈，我們到的比較晚，還給升級了行政房，房間外的景色也很好。交通很便利，出酒店就是步行街，直着走就能到中山橋。 床品和枕頭都比較舒適，早餐稍微有點兒簡單，當天咖啡機也壞了，不過總體來説還是很不錯的。

房間乾淨整潔 服務特別好 因為到得比較晚還給我們留了一間離大門很近的房間 第二天中午逛完博物館回來想休息一下 提前掛了清潔的牌子 也在中午之前幫我們打掃乾淨了 給我們介紹了附近的美食街 地理位置非常好 馬路對面就是步行街美食街 不遠就是黃河第一橋 打車也方便 非常滿意

酒店大堂在19樓，兩個電梯有一個壞了，電梯需要等很久，並且環境很差，房間裏面就是正常的亞朵酒店的樣子，但吹風機插頭是壞的，需要手扶着才能用，這都還算可以忍受， 早上還沒醒開始瘋狂電鑽聲，一直鑽了一個多小時，後面才知道是門壞了。 工作人員一直道歉，態度很好，但確實體驗很差。工作人員也是辛苦了，修理的大叔也不容易，但確定電鑽聲太影響心情了。電鑽是巧合。大堂和電梯才是最不滿意 最不滿意的是一樓沒有大堂，像字寫樓，電梯像條件很差的公寓。這些應該提前表明。

帶着一家出來玩，第一次來蘭州，在網上做了攻略選擇了這家亞朵酒店，果不其然前台服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，早餐豐富好吃。前台看我帶的小朋友免費給我升了房贈送了早餐，我的小孩是10月1號過生日，沒想到前台這麼有心，看到小朋友快過生日了給我們送了水果和小禮物，真的很用心啊！下次還來這家店住👍🏻前台真是手巧還畫了漂亮的便簽可以帶走！棒！

這個亞朵真的是我住過最暖心的，我帶着寶貝過來旅遊，剛開始打電話問帶個小朋友會晚點到，前台小姐姐説沒關係，我説我太晚了害怕沒有吃的，就問小姐姐能幫我留一點嘛，小姐姐欣然答應，晚上我到了店裡之後，小姐姐已經給我們熱好了粥，還給小朋友準備了糕點跟牛奶，真的超級感動，最後退房的時候還給我們送了小禮物，真的很謝謝這個酒店，在住期間也是有問必答，有求必應！
