This place was even better than the photos. The room was very clean, the location was very good(close to the train station) and the staff was excellent!
Everyone was very kind and helpful.
Everything was very good and I would stay there again anytime.

Very hospitable staff, the scent in the reception area is so pleasant and very welcoming. As usual my humble request is to include a little bit of the very basic western food on the menu. Everything else, cleanliness in the room, comfortable was quite impressive, keep up the good work.

入住體驗挺好的，除了房間隔音有點稍稍差之外，其他的都挺好的，樓下就是公交站，地鐵站也很近，前台小姐姐和小哥哥很有耐心哦，剛去的時候選的房型沒有了，就幫我免費升了，是一次很不錯的體驗₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑

設施：設施齊全，吹風，防滑地墊，暖氣，空調，衣架該有的都有。
衞生：住了好幾天，每次回來都會打掃乾淨
環境：環境乾淨整潔
服務：服務質量好，員工熱情
下次還來住，交通也方便，步行200米就是紅星巷地鐵站，出門就是公交站，非常方便。對面還有北京華聯超市，買東西也很方便。

怎麼説呢，我是個對於住的地方非常挑剔的人，這個酒店可以推薦一下，大家可以優先選擇，我一進房間就看了看各個地方的為啥，衹有衞生間裏面有有點消滅不了的頑固污漬，早上退房的時候前台的姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我就説了我覺得不太好的方面，走的時候前台姐姐還給力我兩個酸奶，在下午的時候，我沒想到她們真的整改了，給我打電話，一直在道歉，還補償了一個小紅包，真的超級温暖，嗚嗚嗚，我下次肯定還會去！

服務：前台服務的九號小哥非常敬業，對顧客熱情又不失禮貌，業務能力突出，不僅幫忙免費升級了客房，在離店時還盡力幫我們分擔了一些行李，十分感謝，可惜衹能給酒店打五顆星，真想給小哥打十顆星！！！
