Lantana Beach Escape - 3/2 - close to everything

Over rated Rental in need of major cleaning and maintenance. Tile floors dirty and sticky, hvac diffusers dusty, mattress cover was stained and needed to be washed, pillows were old and stained. Plumbing drain issues. Master bedroom tub, sink and toilet didnt drain well, other bathroom had issues also, lights in laundry and kitchen flicker, living room furniture is dated and dirty. Found coffee maker with moldy unemptied filter basket. Needs major cleaning and updating to justify pricing. Left written list for Andrew at the house as well as a message via message host requesting contact. Nothing heard to date.

Good place, good host Overall good stay! The host was great at communicating and the area was nice. We went to a pizza place, taco place, Cuban, and Swedish bakery all in walking distance. The house had a nice fenced in back yard as well. My one complaint would be that mattress in the master was super uncomfortable. Might need to be flipped.

Family Get-together Nice location, quiet, plenty of room, walking distance to great small eateries. Full-size washer and dryer were nice to have. Attractive backyard. Owner was very responsive to questions or concerns. Would stay again at this location in the future.

Nice To be honest I didn’t spend much time in the house. It was mainly just to sleep. But beds were comfortable with good shower pressure. I came to FL on business with my kids. The area was easily accessible to the beach and major highways. Owner was very responsive and even allowed me 15 extra minutes to check out late. Cleaners were right on timen and a little rude about check out time but I won’t fault the owner for his behavior. Maybe they need better communication. If I come back to FL for leisure I’d stay here again.

Springbrook vacation Cute house, nice set-up. My only complaint was that the bathroom in the master bedroom did not have hot water, and the sink did not drain well.

Good location We were visiting for a sports competition at the Palm Beach Convention Center and made it a family weekend getaway. The location was very conducive to accessing downtown West Palm Beach and the intercoastal waterway. We didn't visit the beach since we brought our boat and used the nearby boat launch to travel the intercoastal. We visited several local restaurants and had a good time!! The host was VERY responsive and took care of some issues (we needed more bedding, towels, etc.). We made him aware of some cleanliness issues and hopefully those are taken care of for future guests. We also talked to him about updating some of the mattresses that were not comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay!
