This home also offers a sauna located near the pool. Home is located within close proximity to beaches, grocery stores, and PBI airport. Closest beach is a 5 min drive away. E. Ocean Ave and Delray Blvd are 5min and 10min drive away, filled with restaurants and bars. Best street in the area! Close plenty of golf courses restaurants/bars, 10min from Delray Beach filled with fun things to do! 4 min drive from Famous Old Key Lime House Restaurant by the Intercostal. Conveniently located close to i95, grocery stores and everything you need! Complementary coffee and propane gas for the grill!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Only small pets.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.There is no pool fence.
