Abbiamo soggiornato qui due volte dall'inizio della laurea in MSU in autunno del '22. L'hotel è stato molto piacevole, sia con camere pulite, comode e spaziose. Questa volta abbiamo incontrato nostra figlia per celebrare un Natale tardi. La stanza ci ha ospitato per fare dei snack e stare a sedere confortevole e aprire i suoi regali nella zona del divano! Ero un modo di festeggiare senza prendere il suo spazio di vita condiviso o preoccuparsi di eccitare il suo bellissimo compagno di canino furry. La camera è stata pulita e spaziosa, il colazione è deliziosa, calda e piena. E la parte che ha reso il soggiorno così speciale è stato il desiderio di compleanno e il trattamento Cannoli che ho goduto per il mio compleanno dall'hotel! Era sopra e oltre per loro giocare insieme al nostro fine settimana di festa!

First of all, this was a very clean hotel, from the lobby and breakfast areas to hallways to our room. Check-in was efficient. Issue #1: TOWELS Hotels know how long your stay will be, so not sure why for a 3-night stay, we were issued two bath towels and two wash cloths for this length of time, especially knowing that housekeeping is limited. With the price we pay for hotel rooms, we prefer fresh towels every day. We had not been told at check-in that if we wanted housekeeping, we needed to let desk know by the prior evening. We actually did not want housekeeping, but we did want an adequate supply of towels for our stay. We used the first set of towels that night, stopped at the desk the following morning after breakfast and asked for the supply we would need for the entire stay. The receptionist was kind, but explained they didn't have enough (new supply in dryer) but they would bring to the room later in day when supply replenished. Of course no towels showed up by evening, so down to the desk we went. Managed to get supply for that evening, but no more. We had to repeat the process the following morning just to get enough for the final night. Probably spent about 45 minutes total during our stay waiting for towels, finding out when they might be available, etc. A total waste of time and could easily have been prevented if this hotel had a ready supply of towels for guests. #2 UNPROFESSIONAL ATTIRE OF DESK AGENTS Upon check-out on a weekday morning after 9am, went to front desk for hard copy of receipt. No one there for several minutes. The phone started ringing, went on for a few minutes. Finally some young woman dashes from the breakfast area to the desk, signals to someone in the back room that we are at the desk, and then answers the phone. The young man who came out of the back area to help us was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt. We assumed he was staff and he indeed did check us out. Front desk people are your most visible staff members and looking like you just woke up is not the image this Hilton hotel should be projecting. Front desk also needs to be staffed so that guests are not waiting around for someone to come for minutes on end. Final note: All staff members were courteous and pleasant.

WOW, has this gone down hill. I am so embarrassed that I recommend this hotel to 4 other businesses that all came in for the show we were doing this weekend. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years. I was SHOCKED at the treatment from check in to check out. Mr. Willis was the ONLY person at this hotel that was kind and welcomed you. It started at check in, the lady with colored dreadlocks told me I had to pay for my 3 night stay. I said no, I had already prepaid over a month ago. I proceeded to find my receipt and she said ”well nobody pulled the money from the third party so you will have to pay”. Nope, I will not pay. I do not know what your procedures are but I am not paying twice. To which she replied with slamming down my key card as hard as she could and said have a nice day. I said I needed 2 cards, there were 2 of us staying in the room. This really sent her into a tail spin. She refused to give me her name. Never told me anything, no breakfast times, no housekeeping policy, nothing. The next 3 mornings we down about 30 minutes after it started. They RAN OUT OF FOOD all 3 days. If you came down 40 minutes after, they were told there was only oatmeal. The tables were filthy. And this morning the lady who worked the breakfast came out and told many of us the new manager cut back and only orders enough food for about 10 people even though hundreds were staying and he would not order any more food until Wednesday when he finally returned. All of my friends in the other rooms did not get any breakfast. Housekeep is not every other day until you have stayed there 3 days. Of course we ran out of toilet paper, wash clothes, and clean towels. This would have been great to know up front so we would have known. I would have never booked this hotel knowing that. And the amount of strangers coming in off the street not staying there but just hanging out, was alarming. I will NEVER stay here again. I was told they let go of all the full time staff and hired in part timers so they did not have to pay benefits which is why the staff is so angry and taking it out on the customers. Rather this is true or not, it was so very obvious they have personnel issues and it is now become the customers problem as well. The 4 rooms we all booked will now be booked at a place that treats customers as if they value them.

The breakfast was just fair. Oatmeal cups that can be heated individually would be much better than the big pot of lumpy oatmeal that was served, especially during this season of concern over spreading germs.
Besides the one concern about the breakfast, it was a great place to stay.

La stanza è comoda e pulita. La stanza è condizionata, quindi puoi regolare la temperatura della stanza appropriata. La cucina è molto piena, con caffè, zucchero e sacchetto di tè. Mi sono lasciato presto, ho portato il mio bagaglio in una reception. Quando sono tornato, mi hanno anche usato il bagno pubblico e mi hanno mandato all'aeroporto gratuitamente.
PPrescillabill EWe chose to be a Hilton Honors as we travel a lot, we booked a room inclusive of breakfast, upon checking in, we were not welcome as a member and breakfast was not discussed, we asked where the breakfast gonna be served, we directed to the location, in the next day we are ready to take breakfast, the staff in the restaurant seems confused, I mentioned that I booked a room with breakfast included, staff told us to go back to the reception to get a voucher, receptionist told me that they do not sell a room with breakfast included, she liked to argue thinking that I am telling a lie so I presented the booking confirmation and mentioned that I booked through Hilton website, so finally she gave me a voucher for 2 adults so I said how about my 2 kids are they not gonna eat?! In the website kids under 5 is free breakfast, then again she argued with me. I felt like im not staying in hilton brand hotel. My point is, this is not my problem that's the company problem, the website is not telling the right information, the hotel is under renovation, their main dining restaurant is a la Carte service not a buffet etc. Staffs are not pleasant, rude, reception staffs are not warm and welcome not supposed to work in the front. Valet people is not too bad, no complain. Hotel is currently renovating that's why it's clean but I don't recommend this hotel. Expensive room rate with breakfast inclusive if you just gonna get a la carte service with just 2 eggs and hard sausage. So no, not to this hotel, I'm not coming back.
UUtente ospiteBefore I truly get into the negative of this deplorable establishment I do want to note that all the staff aside from the ones mentioned below are truly amazing. I have never encountered such upbeat, customer service focused, friendly staff who will surely put a smile on your face. However, this is the end of the positive review that I have to offer. I had been staying at this location since Thursday, July 14th 2022 and had extended my stay up until Sunday the 17th. Sunday morning I left in the morning to run some errands. Shortly after I left I went onto Priceline.com to extend my stay (1050 am). My payment was accepted and I received my confirmation number (117-591-275-18). At almost 1:00 pm I had two missed calls from the hotel. I returned the phone call and spoke with Erica at the front desk. She stated that I needed to stop by the front desk to sign my new paperwork. I advised her that I was over 20 minutes away but heading back currently. Erica informed me that it was okay, not to hurry just stop in when I returned. Within half an hour I received a phone call from my fiance who was at the hotel stating that Erica as well another female staff member had just come to the room and told her that I had NOT paid for the room and that no payment was received from Priceline. Erica also stated that since I had not signed my new paperwork by 1200 her manager advised her that we would not be allowed to stay and needed to exit the property immediately. My fiance and her 3 sons who were there to spend the day with us had to pack up all of our belongings and wait in the parking lot for me to return to the property. I also want to note that when then women came to the hotel room my fiance stepped out of the room and Erica was standing across from her while the second woman was pressed against the wall next to the door as if she was waiting to jump her as she exited the room. Both women were laughing and seemed to enjoy telling her to leave. When I returned to the hotel I called Priceline to try get clarification on why the hotel had not been sent the payment. The representative I spoke with informed me that the payment had in fact received by the hotel before 1100 am. He then attempted to call the hotel however there was no answer. I went to front desk where Erica clearly had the phone off the hook and returned it to its base once I entered. She told me that she never said she didn't get a payment it was an issue of me not signing the new paperwork prior to noon. I asked her if that was the case why did you contact me an hour after deadline and I had never been advised of this when I renewed the room the days prior. Priceline called again and did speak to Erica once she replaced the phone on the hook. After he spoke to her he then called me and informed me that Priceline would be refunding my money however the situation with the front desk was very abnormal and he had never encountered a situation like this before. UUtente ospiteI love Red Roof. I travel extensively with my dogs and Red Roof has always fit my needs and budget in the past. This location just didn't live up to it. When I made my reservation I requested a ground floor room. When I checked in I was told they had only a single ground floor room but the TV was not working. I figured I would only be using the room to sleep anyway so I accepted it. The front desk staff was very nice and did offer me a small discount for the broken TV. I went to the room (112) and was not able to get the door open, although the light turned green when I scanned the key. I returned to the office for help. They came to the room to show me that the handle sticks and I had to wrench it all the way up and push hard in the short time the light was green. So every single time I needed to enter my room, I had to use both hands to wrench the handle up and to the left and throw my body weight against the door at the same time to get into my room. Often I had to make several attempts to do it correctly. This was a huge hassle especially with having my hands full with dinner or two dogs and trying to get into my room. Also, I woke up on the next morning and realized wires were sticking out of the wall where the smoke detector should be. It was simply missing. I had another problem with the deadbolt popping out while I had the door open and I was unable to move it back in to close the door. I called the front desk and the clerk came to my room to help me with it. Again, the staff was exceptional. She showed me how to release it from the inside by working the handle up and down rather than using the deadbolt lever to move it. She offered to relocate me to a room on the second floor but advised me the TV was also broken in the replacement room. I had no interest in hauling all my things and two dogs upstairs to another room so I just stayed in 112. There was no coffee in the room and when I went to the lobby in the morning the large pot was empty. There was no breakfast included. Pros: The bed was comfortable and clean. Nice cold refrigerator. Microwave in the room. No idea if it worked. I didn't use it. I'm assuming it works and it's nice to have one in a room. Hot water in the shower. Great, convenient location. Safe area. Very responsive and pleasant front desk clerks. Very quiet in the room even with a fully booked hotel. Cons: Faulty door latches and sticky door (This was a HUGE issue for me to literally fight with my door every time I entered the room.) Missing smoke detector. Broken TV. No stopper in the bathroom to allow me to soak in the tub. Shower water pressure was low.. No coffee in room. No breakfast. $94 a night AFTER discount. Hair on the shower walls when I went to take a shower. The hotel is in a great location but next time I'll stay elsewhere. Any one of the above issues would be an annoyance, but dealing with all of these issues in one stay just points to poor maintenance and management. The door, smoke detector and d
