Hotel in zona The Laguna, Langkawi

My wife and I fully enjoy the Ritz Charlton Langkawi. This was our third stay in two years, and we will return again and again. The well-trained and super-friendly staff throughout the resort are a shining example of a 5-star resort. One of the best breakfast offerings anywhere in the world. One issue that might have been improved was upon arrival. We landed late evening and were escorted to our room - only to realize the air conditioning was non-existent. We were moved to another Deluxe room and apologized for the inconvenience.

È proprio al confine di Pantai Cenang e vicinissimo all'aeroporto! Anche se è al confine, è pulito e la spiaggia qui è quasi esclusiva. La vista nel ristorante in stile occidentale per la colazione al mattino è fantastica (ma il ristorante in stile asiatico è migliore😋). È più comodo camminare dalla spiaggia fino alla strada di Pantai Cenang, altrimenti camminare dalla hall richiederà una deviazione. Le camere negli hotel resort sono grandi, e anche l'hotel stesso è molto grande. È molto bello stare in hotel. Abbiamo trascorso quasi l'intera giornata sdraiati in hotel perché faceva davvero troppo caldo e soleggiato. Il vecchio albergo è stato ben ristrutturato e mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatto, dopo tutto gli altri alberghi a cinque stelle dell'isola sono più cari. Pantai Cenang è davvero bello e facile da fotografare. Ci siamo andati due volte per guardare il tramonto. Ho davvero intenzione di andare in spiaggia più spesso quando soggiorno qui. I tour da un'isola all'altra e altre attività partono tutti da Gua Town, che si trova a 15 chilometri di distanza, quindi basta organizzare un tour da un'isola all'altra o un percorso al tramonto. Oppure vai da un'isola all'altra la mattina, torna in hotel nel pomeriggio e fai un pisolino prima di uscire a goderti il ​​tramonto.

Per la tariffa che il Berjaya Resort ha da offrire, direi che vale ogni centesimo. Lo chalet era immacolato, ben arredato anche se trovo che alcune unità potrebbero aver bisogno di un rinnovamento urgente. Il cuscino, la biancheria, l'aria condizionata erano fantastici e garantivano un buon sonno. Sentirsi rilassati e calmi con i suoni della natura in sottofondo. Anche il cibo era buono con molte scelte disponibili in tutti i loro ristoranti. La piscina e la spiaggia erano stupende. Il mio punto forte è ovviamente il personale. Erano tutti attenti e gentili. La mia unica raccomandazione è che dovrebbero avere opzioni migliori per gli snack del minibar.

While the breakfast buffet provides a good variety, some guests feel the food could be a bit more diverse and flavorful. For those wanting more options, there are plenty of eateries nearby, offering a chance to explore the local culinary scene. Facilities: The hotel includes a modest-sized pool, which is a nice addition for guests looking to relax after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a fitness center, though it’s quite basic. If you’re in need of a more extensive range of equipment, you might want to explore nearby alternatives. Location: One of the highlights of Mercury Hotel is its convenient location. It’s a short drive to some of Langkawi’s popular beaches and attractions, such as Pantai Cenang and the Langkawi Sky Bridge. If you don’t mind a short walk or taxi ride, you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and tour operators around. Overall: Mercury Hotel offers good value for money, especially for travelers who want a comfortable and central base from which to explore Langkawi. While there’s room for improvement in some areas like dining and room size, the attentive staff and ideal location make it a great choice for those seeking a hassle-free stay.

Questo hotel è fantastico e moderno. Dalla struttura, allo staff, alla posizione. Siamo stati accolti con un piatto di frutta e una bottiglia di vino. Il personale controllava regolarmente se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. La vista sul mare dalla nostra camera era incredibile. I tramonti sono assolutamente mozzafiato. L'hotel dispone di diverse piscine, SPA e una spiaggia privata perfetta per giornate rilassanti e pigre. Era anche abbastanza vicino al centro della spiaggia di Cenang, dove è possibile fare shopping e godersi il lato vivace dell'isola, e un breve tragitto in auto per l'aeroporto. C'è molto da fare sia che tu scelga di esplorare Langkawi o di rilassarti in hotel. Sicuramente non ti annoierai e vorresti essere rimasto qui più a lungo. Non vedevamo l'ora di fare colazione ogni giorno. Abbiamo apprezzato una varietà di cibi, da quelli asiatici a quelli occidentali. Consiglio vivamente Parkroyal e tornerò sicuramente quando visiterò Langkawi. 10/10 😀 Consiglierei che l'hotel investa in cavalli/linee pieghevoli per ogni balcone per appendere costumi da bagno bagnati. Ciò eviterà che gli ospiti appendano i vestiti sulla ringhiera del balcone. Anche se non è un grosso problema, i vestiti appesi non si adattano perfettamente all'estetica dell'hotel.

The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was comfortable. However, it certainly didn’t look like a new hotel that’s been open for 12 months. The flooring, wardrobes and bathroom were tarnished and looked cheap. The grouting was yellow. However, it was still a relatively pleasant experience, albeit below expectations. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. Pool area was really lovely. Location is a strange one, a few minutes away from the beach, however it’s pretty quite around hotel. Also I was confronted by a pack of stray dogs about 150m from hotel, which put a damper on my stay. The lively town was 1.2 miles away.

Was a surprise vacay for my mom and she fell in love with it. Located so close to the beach. Even had a welcome drink. A front desk staff name, Heli, I think, served us well. Assisted us throughout when we had questions. And other staff were very initiative that they served us without being asked. Breakfast by the beach was my favourite. Planning to visit Camar Resort again. No words can describe how satisfied my stay was.

Anche se è un vecchio hotel, lo mantengono abbastanza bene e le camere sono state rinnovate e mantenute pulite.. sfortunatamente il balcone della nostra camera ha come un alveare di insetti che non se ne va mai.. gli insetti volano qua e là fuori dalla porta a vetri, quindi noi dobbiamo tenere la porta di vetro sempre chiusa per evitare che gli insetti volino nella nostra stanza.. quindi non abbiamo potuto goderci appieno il balcone della camera ma la vista era ok.. mi è piaciuto molto che abbiano anche una sala giochi per bambini nella villa che mia figlia mi è piaciuta tantissimo... non troppo affollata, ben tenuta e pulita... mia figlia visita la sala giochi tutti i giorni durante il nostro soggiorno. La piscina è ok, la spiaggia è bellissima.. abbiamo adorato il sole, il mare e la spiaggia..

Accolto da un personale molto cordiale alla reception e nella hall principale. Ottimo servizio durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Colazione a buffet molto discreta. Un ottimo modo per vedere Langkawi è in moto: ci sono diversi negozi di noleggio nelle vicinanze. Kuah è a meno di 20 km di distanza, percorribili in circa 25 minuti in bicicletta. Se sei appassionato di piatti locali, prova Lubuk Buaya abd Warung De Cenang: non rimarrai deluso.

ORDINO IL TARIK DURANTE LA MIA COLAZIONE DEL TERZO GIORNO E MI È STATO DETTO CHE NON È NEL PACCHETTO. DOPO AVER CONFERMATO CHE LO PAGERO', UN ALTRO CAMERIERE SI AVVICINERA' PER CONFERMARE IL MIO ORDINE. NON MI SONO A DISPOSIZIONE CON QUESTO TIPO DI SERVIZI. ESSERE UN CITTADINO ANZIANO E DEVE ESSERE TRATTATO CON RISPETTO. CI VOGLIONO PIÙ DI 10 MINUTI PRIMA DI OTTENERE FINALMENTE IL MIO TEH TARIK E QUASI FINIRE IL MIO CIBO.
